"I stayed at this hotel for 3 days together with my husband. The room was very clean — and a truly clean room smells of disinfectant, not perfume or anything else. The pool was clean, and everything was very well maintained. The staff were young, helpful guys who were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Yeah the problem is that they don’t have restaurant,but u have a qr code in the room or are a lot of restaurants near There were no cockroaches or anything like that, contrary to what someone mentioned in a review. I highly recommend this hotel"

"Staff was EXCELLENT! The most attractive and attentive staff I have ever met. The beach next door is very nice. This area is a lot more quiet than downtown. The only thing to note is that taxi and transfer services are expensive, so if you don’t rent a motorbike or a car, you will spend quite a bit getting around. However, this hotel is definitely worth the stay, especially if you plan on spending a lot of time in this area. I highly recommend!"

"The hotel location is great. You need to make sure you are in the main hotel. They have 2 sections and one is in a totally different location, aprox 10 min walk up a steep hill. We had a family room in the main hotel next to the pool. The room was lovely and clean, however we had young girls who would come back and walk with high heals in the room above ours at all hours of the night! The sound proofing is not great. The hotel doesn’t provide tea or coffee in the room. The young lady at reception should also not be customer facing, she was so rude on arrival which ruins one’s perception of a hotel before you even walk in the door"
