Wonderful sunset view for our room. Extremely helpful and warm manager. His recommendation of food at Pelikan was spot on. Great food reasonable price. He attended to condensation problem in our room at 11pm! A great guy who never sleeps for his guest. He even gave us a complimentary transport to the port on our day of departure. I must also complement the breakfast. Super delicious spread. A lot of good nice food, including rice! The girl serving us coffee was extremely courteous and helpful, not to mention the Greek coffee was really nicely made. Location was great and room amenities well maintained. Definitely a 5 star accommodation in my view.

A very nice hotel with close proximity to the town centre and bus stop. Location is great that allows car access for door-to-door from the ferry port, without the need to walk and drag your suitcases. Breakfast spread was adequate with good and sufficient choices. Rooms were sizeable, with nice views of the sea (depending on your room direction). Access to the town centre was great - a few minutes are you are at the bus stop that takes you around the island, groceries and many restaurants, as well as many boutique and specialised brand name shops. The famous windmills are nearby.

Nice hotel with helpful staff and a pleasant spa experience. However, the facilities felt below a true 5-star standard. The minibar was very overpriced — €9 for a small pack of chips felt excessive. We booked the spa but the steam room didn’t work and we were still charged the full price. Housekeeping didn’t bring toiletries until 6pm on the second day, which was inconvenient. Overall a good stay but expect some service and value issues for the price.

I made a reservation 2 months in advance. When I arrived to the hotel, they were fully booked and due to a error in their system it appeared that my reservation was for the next day. They sent me to a sister hotel, which was not the dame category and location and no reimbursement was made. Terrible service and experience. In addition, there was not night cleaning service as said so we entered into the room and it was not ready. Definitely not worth the price or category.
