Everyone was very nice and it was clean. The thing was the laundry room was out of service and the elevator was broke down. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the water pressure was very low.

The staff was very friendly. We needed extra towels and the staff got it to us quickly. Service from everyone was excellent and with a smile.

If you are wanting a property close to CHI St. Vincent, this is the place to stay. It was super close, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and perfect for our visit.

Our bed was not made at all. We stayed multiple nights. The last day we stayed no one came to clean and no new towels. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.

Easy, friendly check-in including parking. The hallway seemed in need of a vacuum but my room was very clean. Comfy bed. Sounds random, but I love that the doors here don’t close automatically. No slamming doors makes for a much sounder sleep. Breakfast was good, thank you for having several fruit choices. Only complaint was the soda vending machines were mostly sold out, but the nice lady who checked me in offered me a couple of water bottles from behind the desk.

The price was affordable and the breakfast was good. The location had lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.
