When we first got here there was a sign at the front desk that said I will be back soon I'm helping another guest. So we stood waiting another employee came off the elevator but wasn't hurrying or anything to help us and ended up asking us if we were needing help. We responded us we were needing to check on she said oh you need to be up closer to the desk for the bell to go off..... How would we know this if there is a sign that says we will be back. All while the front desk agent was sitting in the back..... Also we went to the pool and had to ask for clean towels since there weren't any available. We wish the fridge would be a little better as well as the thermostat didn't work either it kept displaying urd on it. And the fan wouldn't stay on. The beds were clean and the rooms were as well. But being one of the more expensive options for tonight and having this experience makes me wonder if I should have chosen a different one.

For years we stayed at another hotel in Cape during the holidays. We tried the Drury Plaza Hotel this year and will stay there from now on! Fairly new hotel is very nice for price range, staff is excellent and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Thank you!!

We had a very good stay. The free dinners came in handy BUT THE BREAKFAST WAS THE SHOWSTOPPER! Amazing and a very good variety.
Though there were a lot of people coming and going there was no rowdiness and I felt relaxed walking around on my own.
Love that it is located near amenities as well.

This is a beautiful hotel. I wiped down surfaces with a Clorox wipe when I got here just to be cautious and there was not any dirt. I couldn’t ask for anything better.
