I've stayed many times. There is lack of daily room service but the hotel is adequate and convenient.

When we booked the stay online the room said sleeps 6 and it did not sleep 6 only slept 4 and we had to get a roll away for an extra 40 bucks. The chlorine in the pool and hot tub was to high one of the kids got a chemical burn along with the adults as well we told the staff about these problems and they pretty much acted like they didnt care we also called down early for a late checkout and when we checked out they were going to charge us a 25 dollar fee because checkout is at 11 that is until we said we called down early for late checkout so then they said under those circumstances thats ok then. Not very impressed people take over management and really mess things up so they can get by cheap.

The front desk gave our room key to some others who tried to get in our room at night. A lot of yelling they left. No admittance from the front desk they did anything wrong. Our keys were voided out. Hard to get any sleep that night, left first thing the next morning. Told the front desk again and just a blank stare and “I’ll let my manager know” No what that you gave our room key to someone and they tried to get on our room? No apologies, no nothing. Not staying here ever again

The check in staff did not know how to handle the reservation. It tooka half an hour toche k in. Worried they charged my card multiple times although it was prepaid through orbitz.

This was HUGE improvement over the Super 8 in Jackson, but TWICE the price, so... Room is roomy! Dog friendly, but a $25 pet charge is too much, that's not too "friendly."

This is a quiet, clean hotel in small town. Bed and pillow comfy. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast eh so-so (but typical). I would have given 5 stars but I twice had to get a new key. (Once I lost it and once it didn't work but I had two reservations over two nights so that's not unusual.) Both times, they not only didn't ask for an ID but never even verified my name. Just asked what room number and handed me a key. (And it was two different personnel so it's clearly not a trained rule.) As a woman traveling alone, that is concerning.

I had human feces and toilet paper in the toilet when I arrived into the room there was still garbage in the trash cans, and there were no shampoo for you to wash your hair with. It was only body wash and conditioner. The air conditioner was noisy and when I turn the heater on it smelt like it was going to burn up, I talked to the person at the desk to see if I can get a discount with all this and he said he couldn’t give me a discount because I already got a discount from Travelocity, and then the day I was about ready to leave. My fiancé was getting ready to go in the person cleaning the rooms try to come into my room without even knocking, and my fiancé was still partially undressed, and I went out to ask what she needed, and she would not answer me. She just looked at me and stared, I talk to the front desk about that and I guess it’s happened more than once, and when I was checking out, there is two other people that were very dis-appointed about the motel

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy even though they were busy. Room definitely could have been cleaner. Got in to the room and immediately noticed toothpaste splatter all over the sink faucet and mirror. Found Listerine breath mints on the floor next to the bed and a soap box (that had been sitting there for who knows how long) on the top shower ledge. There was also a very noticeable and very sticky spot on the carpet in front of the chair. Pool and hot tub area was clean, but there was so much chlorine in the hot tub that it burnt my skin and turned my black swimsuit bottom grey.

I liked the fact the lobby was cleaned. I didn't like they didn't clean up during the breakfast. The counters were messy and the tables needed to be wipe off. Also, too many flys because they kept one of the doors open. The pool area needed more towels...no extra towels on rack empty! The whirlpool needs to be fixed not hot enough. Didn't like the door open by the pool. Too many flys. Also, in the pool there was dead moth. Very disgusting! Property needs attention in these areas!!
