傑克遜小鎮，使我意想不到，酒店在小鎮邊緣，距離鎮中心有點距離，但是酒店裝修也秉承小鎮風格，住着非常舒適，自在。黃石玩完後，這個小鎮應該必須待幾天，美國富人的眼光還是很獨到的。順帶給大家一個建議，在西黃石玩完後，再去大提頓國家公園，裏面有個酒店，如果訂不到，就作為必去景點，一定要去看看，待一會，保證讓你過癮。

Excellent stay here! Staff were super friendly and helpful, they also have a courtesy car which was convenient to go downtown. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was a great choice of hot foods. The room was large with a fridge and microwave which was helpful for small meals. Pool and spa were great and also the sauna which was all included.

Rustic but beautiful! Excellent breakfast buffet. Good location, close to ski slopes and downtown area. Indoor and outdoor pool. I had an excellent experience.

Very good things to say. Pros: room was spacious and clean, front desk staff were helpful, breakfast was included and substantial, shuttle to the hill was reliable and convenient. Cons: not walkable into town, shuttle into town was "gratuity based" which was a bit unclear and awkward.

First time visiting Jackson Hole and could not have picked a better place to stay. The room was beautiful with the fireplace, the view of the mountain was a pleasure. They offered free shuttle to the Town Square which saved a lot of money on Uber but if you bring a car it is free parking. The lobby is beautiful and the free breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff always had a smile on their face and a great suggestion for a daily activity.

I sayed at the Lodge for the 1st time with my family of 4, in 2 rooms (double beds) this past week. PROS: 1. Convinent private shuttle provided by the Lodge that you can call most times after 9 or 10 am to take you/pick you up around town. 2. Hot breakfast served daily with really yummy thick bacon, eggs, potatoes, fruit, coffee and teas. 3. Friendly hotel staff. 4. Room food take-out option from the hotel's restaurant. 5. Nice rustic decor that was decorated for the holidays 6. Easy check in process...we were able to drop our luggage early before check in and walk around town. 7. Pretty view of the surrounding mountains from the room (we were on the 3rd floor) 8. Nice selection of basic meds and O2 and snacks at the front lobby if needed CONS; not many but we did notice 1. Some mildew around the shower ceilings in the bathroom 2. When we 1st arrived to drop our bags off, the ceiling had sprung a leak in the main lobby and began dripping profusely soaking the main walkway/carpet. They quickly began placing towels, by the time we returned for check in a few hours later the leak had pretty much stopped and the next day they had fans placed for drying. Overall, the Lodge at Jackson Hole is a good choice for families and had great views of the surrounding mountains and friendly staff. The property probably just needs some plumbing updates.

As soon as we pulled into the hotel we immediately knew it was nothing like the photos online ! We came in to the hotel, checked in . Nothing good or bad here . We go up-the stairs to our room it was awful. The carpet smelled horrible the beds and everything about it was just bad . I told my husband to just find us another hotel because I hated this one . My kids and husband said we can deal with it, because we will be out most of the time anyways . It wasn’t bug ridden or unhealthy . It was just old, ran down and not the Christmas experience we wanted . Or expected from photos! But we did stay . We had to go down and ask for towels . A family of four needs towels at least every other day . They didn’t come to get the dirty ones . We had to pile them up . It was just not a good experience. Besides the room another thing my family really disliked was the breakfast . It was literally nothing as described. The picture on the internet are a complete filter!!! Holiday inn has a better set up . But we got over it . Dealt with it . We would not ever go back .

Property was well decorated. Only stayed one night but it was clean and the staff was very helpful. The pool and hot tube area was very nice. The only negative was that the elevator was out of order
