very poor environment
hotel locates in a small street with stones surface which is hard to walk
room is quite small, and the slippers are even dirty.
workers there are friendly and helpful

The hotel staff accommodated me properly especially the one in the reception who allowed me to print a very important document. He didn't hesitate to help me and I couldn't thank him enough for that.
The hotel has had a very welcoming vibe because of its wide parking space in the entrance and the atmosphere outside of the hotel is very comforting and peaceful.
The room I stayed at had everything I needed, from clean bath towels and hot water to warm beverages. The room was big enough for me, in fact it was bigger than what I needed, and it had enough places for my stuffs.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

Great location for a short stay. Everything we needed although the toilet bowl was not clean and bedding could be of a better quality for comfort. Overall, great value.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is very convenient to the metro and ancient Smyrna. Both are a short walk away.

The hotel itself along with room and bathroom were very clean. The room and bathroom were both very small.
Hotel was not in a touristy area - area was more local.
Lots of little fruit and veggie stalls and little restaurants.

Lovely hotel 3 star but as good as any 4 star. Staff are fantastic and very pleasant rooms cleaned daily and nice breakfast included in the very reasonable price. Very nice manager and a lovely feeling setting all around.

Overall a very good experience..the hotel is dated but very clean.The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating..Always greeting with a smile and kindly willing to fulfill a request.I thank them for the kindness..it gave a positive and cheerful feel to a mundane business trip.
