Το δωμάτιο τέλειο ανακαινισμένο με τέλεια θέα αλλά η θερμοκρασία του με τον κλιματισμό στο μέγιστο ήταν μεταξύ 27 & 29 βαθμούς Το μίνι μπαρ δεν είχε καθόλου ψύξη Όταν παραπονέθηκα μου είπαν πως δεν είναι ψυγείο ειρωνικά στη ρεσεψιόν και αφού το διαπίστωσε τεχνικός δεν διορθώθηκε μέχρι να φύγουμε Το δωμάτιο είχε σαν παροχή στην τιμή καφετιέρα αλλά μας χρέωσαν στο τέλος το καφέ σε ένα ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων με ακριβό αντίτιμο την βραδιά Το ασανσέρ δεν είχε κλιματισμό και ήταν θάλαμος αερίων μέχρι το 17ο όροφο που μέναμε Το super market του ξενοδοχείου μου χρέωσε επιπλέον 10 λεπτά το πακέτο για τσιγάρα που αγόρασα γιατί δεν δίνει με κάρτα όπως μου είπε και μου έδειξε ένα χειρόγραφο σημείωμα Γενικά νοοτροπία δεκαετίας 70-80s που σε καμία περίπτωση δεν δικαιολογεί την κατηγορία του

Beautiful hotel, great staff and food. Luca was very enthusiastic and entertaining. He made sure we were all having fun and made everyone laugh. The drivers were also very friendly and polite and the entertainment was brilliant every night.

Walk into the hotel bar and you're greeted by Petros, the bar manager, who's always ready with a smile and a welcoming vibe. Then there's Kosta, the friendly bartender who's a master at crafting the perfect cocktail and striking up a conversation. Together, they create a cozy spot where every drink comes with a side of friendliness and hospitality. My girlfriend and I have enjoyed coming to the piano bar every evening for a drink before dinner because of how lovely and friendly everyone is. Petros, Kosta and the team have made our evening every night and never fail to disappoint, ensuring our snacks are always fresh and our drinks are always full.

It's very nice for humans from North-Western Europe during this time of year. And doing aquagym with the Entertainment Team and our blind delegation is LEGENDARY! And of course the food & drink! We enjoyed the all-inclusive arrangement. I got at least one extra plate every meal. :D AND COCKTAILS It's the first time for me in Paradise. And yes, Paradise has a dark side to it. Also, war & terrorism are unfortunately never far away in the digital phone age. Nonetheless, I would recommend this to anyone who can handle a little drama. It's worth it!

I am currently staying at this location. Despite some initial concerns raised by other reviews, I have found them to be unfounded. Our garden flat offers a stunning view of the sea, just as depicted in the photos. We were informed upon arrival that it is the largest room available, and indeed it is spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities such as toiletries, towels, and cleanliness. One small suggestion would be to have complimentary water bottles in the fridge, a thoughtful touch that would be appreciated by guests. Initially o was going to top up for ultra inclusive but I am glad I didn’t. Plenty of good food with inclusive , small variety in drinks. If you don’t drink, you limited to kids drinks. The food at the establishment was delightful, with a wide variety and plenty of vegetables. The desserts were particularly outstanding. We opted for the all-inclusive package, which provided us with ample food options from various cuisines. While some reviews mentioned perceived rudeness from the restaurant staff, I found them to be professional considering the long hours they work. I noticed the same waiter serving us during breakfast and dinner, which must be challenging for them. The evening shows were enjoyable, featuring talented artists. My only criticism concerns a special request for my 4-year-old son's birthday celebration. We had asked Luca, the animator team leader to include a birthday song for him during the kids' disco event from 9:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Unfortunately, they forgot to fulfil this request, leaving my little boy crying and disappointed as he was looking forward to celebrating with his new friends. Despite this oversight, I have no other complaints regarding the animation team. I hope this revised review captures my overall positive experience at the establishment, with constructive feedback for improvement.

So, I booked a packaged holiday with Loveholidays. My easyjet flight from Manchester to Rhodes was delayed for an hour but that's OK. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was fine and not far, despite other drop offs, it took about 20 minutes in total to Rodos Palace Hotel. On arrival at the hotel, there was this huge queue/crowd at reception waiting to check in. I was on that for about an hour before I was eventually 'allocated' a room with 'sea view'. First I did not like the ambience of the room; there were 2 single beds, no sockets by the beds and a trinkling water in the toilet. I called the attention of receptionists to these and it took them atleast 2 hours to attend to me. I had to go down the hotel from the 5th floor where i was to reception on the ground floor when I had no response on the phone. There are 17 floors at the hotel and only 3 lifts so you can imagine how busy it is throughout the day! They kinda joined the single beds together cos acccording to them, there was no other option or no other room, no other beds which I could understand. The only socket in the room is by the balcony door! Nothing by the bed, one only one! They gave me a short extension box, long enough to stay on the table in front of the socket! They also thankfully sorted the tickling water in the toilet. I did not unpack my suitcase, I could not! The wardrobe is right by the front door opposite the bathroom as you come in. I felt that was weird and picked my clothes daily from the suitcase. House keeping made the bed everyday but did not change the bedding for the first 3 days - I arrived on a Thursday and had to ***** the bed myself on Sunday morning to hint them that it needed changing! I was out all day on that Sunday on the bus, ferry, bus to and fro Rhodes to Marmaris Turkey. I got back just before 7pm to find that my bedding had been changed but no towels! I called reception and they said 'sorry housekeeping is closed until tomorrow morning'. I told them I needed towels that night as I'd been out all.l day and need a shower! They eventually sorted this after I went downstairs again to ask! The room is equipped with a kettle, coffee ans tea sachets and milk pods. I had coffee once in my room but they did not replace the milk pods and did not response to my request when I asked! The food is nice, can't say much cos I ate the same food at breakfast, lunch and dinner being a fussy person, no fault of theirs.....lots of varieties to choose from the buffet. The coffee served at breakfast is not always hot and they could do with a lot more variety of juices. The spa was great and the girls there are lovely. Gentle soft hands yet hard enough to release those pressure spots! Different activities were on throughout the day f9r chiodren and sdults enter and lots to explore on the grounds. WOST HOTEL ever!!!!!!! AVOID We checked in couple days ago staff where honestly just useless and rude, one word answers no hello or welcome just attitude. The hotel it's self isn't what you pay for it's something so different from the pics, majority of the rooms are dated decor like from 1970's it's just vile, hotel room not clean at all most things broken wall paper haning off, They scam you because as all enclusive you can only use 1 bar and 1 restraunt which I can only describe as hospital / prison food, Me and my partner have been sick out both ends none stop after our first night eating the food looks like we will be bed bound for another couple days at least. Overall such a horrible nasty hotel rude staff, rooms not clean, or even upto a 2 star standard never mind a 5! Don't know where they got that from! Please please please avoid this hotel I would have been much happier staying back home in uk, in fact me and my partner really just want to get back now and put this nightmare of a place to bed

After reading many reviews in here I was worried about what this hotel was going to be like as I’d already booked it! Travelled with family aged 20, 17, and 2 adults. Inclusive . The check in was easy and quick, everything was explained clearly and was perfect. All staff that we encountered were helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in rooms 521 / 523 floor 5 overlooking the sea which was breathtaking taking. Absolutely fantastic views and sun was on balcony from 3pm onwards which was really nice. The sunset overlooking Turkey was beautiful. Personally I wouldn’t want to be any higher up ( there are 17 floors!) Rooms were large we had a queen sized bed and they were clean. As previous reviews have said the bathrooms were tired and in need of some upgrades, but having said that for the amount of time we spent in bathroom it did not matter! ( to us!) as when you come out bathroom you then see the view. Priceless. The rooms have very few plugs, but we asked reception for extension lead for both rooms and that was no problem and solved all our charging issues!! Just ask it was not a problem. Never had a problem getting a sunbed for 4 of us. Tip- the top tier which looks to be in shade always has sunbeds and sun comes through about 10-11 but is there all day! It’s perfect if a sun worshipper! We were inclusive, there are 2 types ultra or inclusive, we definitely took advantage of the drinks and bottles water, we always got water and our room fridge was always full of water. It is unclear at first but you can get cocktails, we asked and they showed us the list. So do ask. There is entertainment daily if you want it. Luca who ran it was friendly and inclusive but not too pushy. Even got my 2 lads in the pool doing aqua gym ( something I’d never thought I’d see!) Now our only negative part is the food! Other reviewers said it was cold and repetitive, and sadly they were correct. The breakfast was plentiful but if you wanted any of the hot food it was often cold! The evening food was very repetitive if I see spaghetti bolognaise ever again it will be Too soon. However rather then let it bother us and moan about it, we ate out a couple of times. Even though we were inclusive we still think the drinks paid for themselves. The restaurant was massive and busy, but then you do have 17 floors of people!! There is a play area , which I thought would be a kids area, but I had pool tables, air hockey, chess, large screens showing sport. We used it often. Overall a really nice holiday/ hotel letdown by the food. But we came home feeling tanned and refreshed!
