Fantastic everything was amazing 10/10

Το δωμάτιο τέλειο ανακαινισμένο με τέλεια θέα αλλά η θερμοκρασία του με τον κλιματισμό στο μέγιστο ήταν μεταξύ 27 & 29 βαθμούς Το μίνι μπαρ δεν είχε καθόλου ψύξη Όταν παραπονέθηκα μου είπαν πως δεν είναι ψυγείο ειρωνικά στη ρεσεψιόν και αφού το διαπίστωσε τεχνικός δεν διορθώθηκε μέχρι να φύγουμε Το δωμάτιο είχε σαν παροχή στην τιμή καφετιέρα αλλά μας χρέωσαν στο τέλος το καφέ σε ένα ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων με ακριβό αντίτιμο την βραδιά Το ασανσέρ δεν είχε κλιματισμό και ήταν θάλαμος αερίων μέχρι το 17ο όροφο που μέναμε Το super market του ξενοδοχείου μου χρέωσε επιπλέον 10 λεπτά το πακέτο για τσιγάρα που αγόρασα γιατί δεν δίνει με κάρτα όπως μου είπε και μου έδειξε ένα χειρόγραφο σημείωμα Γενικά νοοτροπία δεκαετίας 70-80s που σε καμία περίπτωση δεν δικαιολογεί την κατηγορία του

Beautiful hotel, great staff and food. Luca was very enthusiastic and entertaining. He made sure we were all having fun and made everyone laugh. The drivers were also very friendly and polite and the entertainment was brilliant every night.

Walk into the hotel bar and you're greeted by Petros, the bar manager, who's always ready with a smile and a welcoming vibe. Then there's Kosta, the friendly bartender who's a master at crafting the perfect cocktail and striking up a conversation. Together, they create a cozy spot where every drink comes with a side of friendliness and hospitality. My girlfriend and I have enjoyed coming to the piano bar every evening for a drink before dinner because of how lovely and friendly everyone is. Petros, Kosta and the team have made our evening every night and never fail to disappoint, ensuring our snacks are always fresh and our drinks are always full.

It's very nice for humans from North-Western Europe during this time of year. And doing aquagym with the Entertainment Team and our blind delegation is LEGENDARY! And of course the food & drink! We enjoyed the all-inclusive arrangement. I got at least one extra plate every meal. :D AND COCKTAILS It's the first time for me in Paradise. And yes, Paradise has a dark side to it. Also, war & terrorism are unfortunately never far away in the digital phone age. Nonetheless, I would recommend this to anyone who can handle a little drama. It's worth it!

my boyfriend and I loved it. we were on the 17th floor and had an amazing room with sea view. Food was ok. We had ultra all inclusive which is worth the money more than standard inclusive Shout out to Tasos and Euripides they made the trip 10/10!!

Booked my first holiday with my best friend here. We were worried because of reading the reviews but honestly it was the best decision we made!!! Great view. Fantastic food court, I am vegan and my best friend is gluten intolerant and there were plenty of options for us which was great. The waiters were lovely. All the staff were so kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and we had a balcony with a garden view. The pools were fantastic and the night entertainment was outstanding! Singers, dancers, acrobats and more. Most of all thank you to the animation team - Andrea, Alexis, Hugo, Thomas and Shanaie. They were so helpful and kind. Great sense of humour. Really went above and beyond to help us have a great trip. So grateful to have met them! Also a huge thanks to the bartender, Christopher who was awesome! About 15 min bus ride into old town / new town. Very close. Has a great cafe next door and some restaurants all by the sea front. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is very outdated, we booked an executive room and got given a very old room with many stains, the room also had a funny smell. You pay for an “all inclusive” but this isn’t what you receive. You get one bar that you can buy drinks from, all the others you have to pay for. The only free bar closes at 12 and which after you have to pay for too. You can only eat from one restaurant, all the others you have to pay for every night which is an absolute joke. Never going to book this place again, this is put as a 5 star which it isn’t, at most I’d rate this as a 2 star hotel. Not all inclusive at all. The hygiene in this hotel is also shocking along with the food, its disgusting. In our “executive room” it said we were having a view of the garden although we had a view of a roof. The room we booked also looks nothing like the photo. So disappointed.

I’ve been to Rhodes many times and this is by fast the worst hotel. The staff are rude especially the receptionists. The all inclusive isn’t all inclusive you can’t use half the facilities, you can only use 2 bars both inside and 1 doesn’t open until 7pm. You don’t have access to the outside pool bar unless you have ultra all inclusive 25€ per day per person for ‘ultra’ all inclusive to use everything in the hotel, if you want to use the themed restaurant it’s still a extra 10€ per person on top You have to give your bank details when you check in for ‘insurance’ for the room. When I went to the room, it wasn’t what I thought. The ceiling was broke The lamp shade was broke The floor was filthy The maids threw my stuff everywhere and anywhere The arguments for sunbeds is unbelievable, as there is not enough space or beds for everyone and everybody was moving everyone’s towels to sit on beds, if they didn’t have a bed and the sunbeds were left Everytime you spoke to someone they was rude and not interested to help, when I complained about the room I got no help at all, no apology nothing. The restaurant serve the same food for lunch and dinner so don’t except anything different. They do not have a snack bar so the food is the same everyday, it can be boring. If you want a late check out it’s 10€ per hour you stay after 11am - never have I heard of this. Considering the state of this hotel, the amount of money they try to charge people, I would love to know where it goes. The entertainment at night I would say is the only good thing about this hotel. Everything else is negative. It’s a 13.50€ cab to Rhodes towns and a 10€ cab back to the hotel from Rhodes town really good price and distance The cab from the airport was 22€ Overall this was the worst hotel I could have stayed in and I won’t be returning.
