Stayed here two nights in mid-January 2023. Hotel is located in a gritty area, with much construction, but just a five minute walk to the main train station, with many transit connections. It's about a 10 - 20 minute walk to various tourist sites in the city. There are convenience stores and dining options nearby. Staff was OK but not overly friendly. Single room was small, but clean and the price was fair. There was a heating/AC unit on the wall but one button was missing and it didn't appear to be working. Temp was OK. There was a small desk and chair. Shower and sink were in the room and toilet in a small closet. The window opened into a narrow ventilation shaft so it was rather dark. Wifi, lights and TV worked fine. I didn't pay for the breakfast. It wasn't great, but it did the trick.

ผมเข้าพักที่นี่เมื่อเดือนธันวาคมกับครอบครัวเป็นเวลา 3 คืน โรงแรมมีความทันสมัยและตั้งอยู่ในระยะที่เดินจากสถานีรถไฟได้ อาหารเช้าได้มาตรฐานที่ดีและมีหลากหลายพอสมควร สามีฉันโชคร้ายได้ป่วยมากเนื่องจากมีอาหารที่เป็นพิษ(ไม่ใช่จากโรงแรม) พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือและอํานวยความสะดวกอย่างแท้จริงเนื่องจากสถานการณ์ต้องหาห้องพักให้เราสลับกันและทุกอย่างก็ดําเนินการอย่างรวดเร็วและไม่มีปัญหาใดๆ าก ทําให้เราได้เข้าพักที่นี้ดีกว่าที่คิดไว้! ขอบคุณพนักงานโรงแรมทุกคนที่ให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี

โรงแรมนี้สะอาดไร้ที่ติและรู้สึกใหม่เอี่ยม พนักงานมีประโยชน์มาก เตียงสบายมากและมีทุกสิ่งที่เราต้องการในห้องรวมถึงห้องครัวขนาดเล็กพร้อมเตา ห้องครัวเล็ก ๆ ก็สะอาดมากเช่นกัน ไม่มีหน้าต่างในห้องที่เราเปิดได้ แต่เครื่องปรับอากาศทํางานได้ดี ในฐานะครอบครัวสี่คนห้องมีขนาดเล็กมาก มีเตียงควีนไซส์ + เตียงโซฟาแยกออกเป็นเตียงเดี่ยวขนาด 2 เตียงที่เหมาะสม เนื่องจากขนาดของห้องเราไม่สามารถเปิดกระเป๋าเดินทางทั้งหมดบนพื้นได้พร้อมกัน เราขึ้นรถไฟไป Etterbeek ใช้ Eurail pass และเดินไปที่โรงแรม เราใช้เวลาประมาณ 20 นาทีพร้อมกระเป๋าเดินทางทั้งหมด มีสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินซึ่งใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 10 นาทีจากโรงแรมโดยไม่มีกระเป๋าเดินทาง (รถไฟใต้ดินไม่ครอบคลุมโดย Eurail) ชื่อ Delta ซึ่งพาเราไปยังใจกลางเบลเยียมในเวลาประมาณ 15 นาที มีห้องซักรีดสาธารณะในอาคาร แต่คุณต้องใช้เหรียญเพื่อดําเนินการเครื่อง เราไม่ได้ซื้อบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าเพราะราคา 15 ยูโรต่อหัว

Location is great, in the middle of the city and walking distance to two metro stops, one of them is Sait Catherine. A lot of options to eat and drink around the area. Great location for young people. Hotel is business hotel with minimum facilities. But it is absolutely clean and modern, including very useful USB charger points even right next to the bed on both sides of the the bed. And the room (3rd floor) is quite small. The room I got was facing courtyard so, not much of a view. So, do not expect a great view as the hotel is in the middle of many other buildings. And the air conditioning was working well! When check-in the staff I met, Roberto and Haward, were very friendly, professional and efficient. As I arrived quite early, they did their best to get me a room earlier than usual check-in time. They were courteous and helpful. So, thanks to both of them. On the contrary, other younger staff (looked like interns/new staff, has much to learn from persons like Haward and Roberto. Suggestions: it would have been nice if there were a couple of drinking water bottles, a standard in many such business hotels. Especially, the price of the room was not that cheap, we paid about 180Euro per room per night.

I spent a couple of nights in this hotel and to my surprise the atmosphere matches the (visual) story the website tells. It's a relief compared to many other hotels I've stayed in. It's almost as if you're in some classy exotic holiday hotel. The Botanic gardens right outside the hotel make up for the lack of atmosphere of the area... although the location very near the North train station is very convenient. The informally clothed staff are young, very friendly and energetic. The bar at the top floor of the hotel is a nice surprise! One of the Barista guys went out of his way to tell me about many details of the hotel and its philosophy, gave tips of where to go and what to see... all the while busy preparing mean coffees. (Scruffy beard, earring... Petey?) If you need to stay in Brussels for business (or pleasure of course) I can only imagine it must be a relief that some hotel chains do understand how to make you feel at home. (I'm regretting now not stealing the nice mug from the room!)

My partner and I have just come back after a new year break in Brussels. After reading the reviews we were a bit sceptical about the hotel but we had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is fine for what we needed it for-mainly to sleep after a long day exploring Brussels. The rooms were basic-yes, but clean and comfortable. The location is great, around a 15minute walk into the main square and a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station which we used to access the atomium. We didn't find the area to be uncomfortable, even when walking home on New Year's Eve at 1am. We booked as part of a Eurostar package and for the price we paid we were very happy. You get what you pay for! Can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't book as part of our package-there are lots of places in the centre to eat.

จุดดีคือมีรถรับส่งฟรีจากสนามบินและกลับทุก 30 นาที จึงไม่ลําบากในการเข้าถึงจากสนามบิน โรงแรมโดยรวมต้องปรับปรุงค่อนข้างเก่าและวิ่งลง ห้องพักก็โอเค, โต๊ะทํางาน, เตียงไม่นุ่มมาก แต่สําหรับคืนสั้นๆ ok. มีร้านอาหารและบาร์ อยู่ริม lobby bar ก็โอเค ไม่ได้ลอง Restaurant อาหารเช้าก็งั้นๆ ตัวเลือกบ้าง แต่ไม่มากจนเกินไป เครื่องชงกาแฟดี มีน้ําส้มสด แต่ต้องกดเอง. ดี crossaint, no เนยอย่างน้อยก็หาไม่เจอ เช็คอิน/เช็คเอ้าท์รวดเร็ว
