At first the room did not match the pictures and the problem was not solved until the second day, but the overall stay was good

This is a great hotel in a great area. Safe, clean, and quiet. The staff were very pleasant and helpful during our stay. Special kudos to Fatih, Yusuf, Ozgur and Emer. We will stay there again for sure.

Hem otel personeli hem spadan memnun kaldım. Odanın ortasından bulunan büyük bir kolon vardı. Buna anlam veremedim. Bir de düğün sesi bir süre gelse de uygun bir saatte müzik sesi kesildi.

Kat hizmetlerinden pek memnun kalmadık fakat geri kalan herşey mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili, yemekler ve kahvaltı çok lezzetliydi. Otel tertemiz, sessiz ve konumu mükemmeldi. Mutlaka tekrar gideceğiz.

It was below expectations

Friendly staff, only good thing to say. There is clearly a big management problem in this Hotel. The Hotel needs large renovations. Not what you expect when you book a 5-star hotel. Black mold in the shower. Curtains is dirty and has holes in them. Several handprints on windows in the room. I ordered non smoking double-room got a smoking room, after complaining got a twin bed room with sea-view. At the restaurant ordered gluten-free pasta got regular pasta. They don’t sell alcohol and bringing outside food and drinks to room is forbidden it says on signs at hotel but nowhere stated in the booking. I have been in nicer hostels than this “5-star hotel”
