ห้องที่แย่ผิดปกติ ข้างๆ ผนังบ้านกำลังถูกรื้อถอนตั้งแต่ตี 5 ถึง 18.00 น. ห้องไม่สะอาด อุปกรณ์ชำรุดบางส่วน ไม่เคยอีกครั้ง

ที่พักดีเยี่ยมและการบริการดีเยี่ยม ฉันขอแนะนำ

โรงแรมแห่งนี้อยู่ใกล้กับจัตุรัสทักซิม และสามารถเดินจากโรงแรมไปยังถนนเอสเตกลาลได้สะดวก ห้องพักดี อาหารเช้าเรียบง่ายมาก

เราอยู่กับลูกหนึ่งวันหาได้ยากเนื่องจากมีโรงแรมหลายแห่งในบริเวณนี้เราจึงเดินเป็นวงกลมเป็นเวลา 2 ชั่วโมง ห้องพักสะอาด อบอุ่น แต่ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่า พรมบนพื้นไม่มี ผ้าเช็ดตัวบนพื้นไม่มี มินิบาร์ แม้ว่าห้องจะถือว่าเป็นห้องหรูหราก็ตาม อาหารเช้าเป็นมาตรฐานสำหรับตุรกี แต่เรามีปัญหาเส้นผมและกินไม่ได้อีกต่อไป ใกล้กับจัตุรัสที่มีร้านอาหารและร้านค้ามากมาย ฮาไวส์บัสจอดรับส่งสนามบินซาบิฮาโดยใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 6 นาที พนักงานมีความเป็นมิตร พิมพ์บัตรผ่านขึ้นเครื่องได้โดยไม่มีปัญหาใดๆ และมีอินเทอร์เน็ตให้บริการทั่วทั้งอาณาเขต

อยู่ในทำเลดี พนักงานดี อาหารเช้าดี แต่ห้องพักเล็ก

ผ้าเช็ดตัวดูเหมือนใช้หลายครั้ง ผ้าปูเตียงไม่เปลี่ยน อาหารเช้าพอใช้ได้

Everything is nice in this hotel, room are clean, breakfast is good, at the reception are always willing to help if needed

เราพักที่โรงแรมนี้สามคืน ไม่มีชั้นวางของในตู้เย็นในห้องของเรา ห้องก็คับแคบอย่างที่คุณเห็นในภาพ พวกเขาไม่มีรองเท้าแตะวางไว้ในห้องน้ำ พนักงานไม่ได้รับความร่วมมือใดๆ สิ่งเดียวที่ดีเกี่ยวกับโรงแรมนี้คือทำเลที่ตั้ง

we stayed one week in this hotel, It is not as clean as it is in the photos, it does not have a minibar, and the bathroom was very dirty. The blanket and sheets were dirty and stained. The only good thing is the location of the hotel. breakfast was good.

This Hotel is in a dirty area however is closed to Taksim. Entrance and stairs was very dark and not clean with very small and dirty reception area. The Two number of elevators are not able to carry more than 2 people each. very poor breakfast, not changing bed sheet every day, very bad and unprofessional service, and I strongly beloved the working staffs have not had any hotel hospitality knowledge. Do not trust this Hotel photos at all and this is NOT a four stars Hotel. May I say this is 1 star Hotel. They stored baggage on staircase. Do NOT waste your money.

My rate would be almost 0 as this hotel is the worst! Filthy and cramped room with almost low quality equipments. Very simple and sometimes cold breakfast and not helpful staff! I stayed here a week and I do not recommend it to anyone even my enemies!!! My bathroom got leaking walls after a day raining!!!!!

Location was great near the Taksim square. Breakfast was good not so much, I expect more better. The biggest problem is not changing the bed sheets during the stay. The staff were kind and helpful so you can ask them to help you in every case. Finally it was good.

no cooperation from the staff and the management the hotel rooms and bathrooms are not clean the bedsheets full of hair the restaurant staff was so rude turning off the lights while guest having the breakfast and giving attitude

Выбрала это отель второй раз.Все нравится-номер светлый и чистый,мебель,кровать большая удобная.Тихо и спокойно ночью несмотря на близость к Таксиму.В это раз повысили категорию номера бесплатно.Спасибо ресепшионисту Basel
