บริการดีมาก ห้องพักเล็กแต่พอใช้ได้ เตียงนอนใหญ่และนุ่ม พอเข้านอนก็หลับไปทันที เฟอร์นิเจอร์เก่า มีทีวีเปิดข่าวล่าสุด

โดยทั่วไปแล้วสภาพสุขอนามัยเป็นที่ยอมรับและมีทัศนคติการบริการที่ดี เตียงนอนค่อนข้างสบาย แต่ห้องมีขนาดเล็ก

โรงแรมบูติกชั้นเยี่ยมใกล้กับถนนสายที่ 6 และสามารถเดินไปยังสวนสาธารณะไบรอันท์และไทม์สแควร์ได้โดยสะดวก การตกแต่งที่ทันสมัย พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้าช่วยเหลือเรื่องบริการรถที่มีปัญหาซึ่งได้รับการชื่นชมอย่างมาก ข้อร้องเรียนอย่างเดียวคือแสงสลัวในห้อง

พนักงานต้อนรับและบาร์เป็นกันเองมาก แม้ห้องจะเล็ก แต่ก็มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองทำให้ง่ายต่อการออกไปข้างนอก

ภายในห้องมืดเกินไป ดูเหมือนแสงสว่างไม่เพียงพอ

Great hotel - very small room but expected for NYC. Room cleaned and bed made up every day, Stylish room with great shower. Lovely rooftop bar.

Room looks lots larger in pics , closet door didn’t open on one side and it has no drawers no space at all in room. Location was good. Most things within walking distance. Rooftop bar closed all the time for events , so was not able to enjoy this.

Great stay. Room is dark even though there’re a few lights. Bed and pillows really comfortables and shower is fantastic. Close to everything.

The location is good and conveniently located nearby Time Square, Broadway, Empire State and other shopping areas. There are a lot of food choices within 5 minutes radius from the hotel. However the cleanliness of the room is not up to standard, quite dusty. The room has very dim lighting and no mirrors a part from the shower. They also forgot to equip our room with the coffee machine and water, we had to ask. On top of that the hair dryer was not working at first and had to be replaced. There is amenity fee, we managed to use the gym although it is small, it is equipped. However only 2 people can use it at a time due to space constraints and equipment availability. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

The location was perfect. Walking distance from everything I needed, a very short distance from Bryant Park as well as short walking distance from the subway. The hotel itself is generally nice, but always busy due to having both a restaurant at the entrance as well as a rooftop bar. There is almost always a wait for the elevators due to both the rooftop bar as well as employees moving around in the hotel. The room is generally nice and clean, however it was quite dark. The acoustics in the room were terrible. You can hear the elevators going up and down all day long. Every morning at 06:00 I heard a phone vibration, probably the next-door neighbor's alarm clock. It felt as if it is in my room. The gym is basic but decent. There is a treadmill, free weights, towels and cold water available and it wasn't very busy. Complementary water bottles were provided once only upon arrival and that too only after being offered (as opposed to them placing the bottles in the room). I'm assuming they would have provided more on other days had I asked, but I would expect it to be provided daily.

Love the hotel. The staff. The location. The quietness. The restaurant. The rooftop everything was excellent. Will definitely recommend it and come back

Beautiful, clean rooms. Kind, friendly staff. Rooftop and restaurant/bar were closed on Sunday due to Mother’s Day, which was unexpected, but found lovely spots nearby instead. Will stay here again!

Very standard hotel and maxing location but services and room were dated and not spacious. Too crammed and it’s a hotel for business travelers for a hop in hop off tour.

Haven't received back the security deposit. Restaurant service was really good and front desk staff was nice.
