HOTEL IS LOCATED NEXT TO SECONDARY SCHOOL SO IT IS QUITE QUIET AT ALL. STAFF ARE HELPFUL. MAYBE DUE TO NUMEROUS QUESTS DURING MY STAY THE FOOD REFILL AT BREAKFAST SEEMINGLY WAS SLOW AND NOT ENOUGH.

Boss Hotel is good hotel situated at Sirkeci marmalay and conveniently walks everywhere. Room clean and staffs friendly I will come and stay again love from Sarawak Malaysia

非常乾淨 很好 地理位置很好 不行到地鐵站 輕軌很快 很乾凈 環境好得很 非常的好 很喜歡 下次還會繼續住 非常值得推薦

At check-in they claimed we had booked in the basement & that's not true then they said if we wrote a good review we would get the room where we actually booked - that's an outrage! But the cleaning women did a very good job.

Great stay in Istanbul at this hotel. Very well located and clean. Could be a bit noisy in you have a room on the ground floor (which was our case).

Very friendly, hospitality was great. 5mins to grand bazar, 10mins to sultan ahmet. Just that the hotel is on a steep hill. With all your shopping you need a taxi

All the employees were so friendly and kind and the place is comfortable and clean. The best is near downtown and the most touristic places of Estambul

Hotel is is a great location, but it’s right in the middle of the wholesale area, and a boys school opposite, we were given room 402 avoid the ground floor rooms on the front of the hotel as it’s very very noisy and I’ve had the worst nights sleep ever, the hotel need to soundproof the rooms as we could also hear the doorbell from the room next to us and every time they shut their door the lights in our room would move and vibrate and rattle, I did request not to be put on the ground floor and yet ended up there, also requested to move rooms which was just one floor up and wouldn’t make any difference to the noise level, honestly we tried to stay out of the room as much as possible but it did leave a bitter taste which ruined out city break

I liked the hotel staff very much. They went above and beyond to please us. My only critique would be that the room was very small.

Very nice and clean hotel Good location, close to any main attractions for walking distance. The front desk management are wonderful and helpful especially Mr. Firat he is great to help us for all the Tours we are looking for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice and cozy hotel in the heart of Old City of Istanbul

Staff goes out of their way to help you….hotel is in a very quiet street, within walking distance of all amenities….if you have no walking impediment!!! Highly recommendable!!!

Staff was nice, taxi service from hotel to airport was affordable. Location was off the beaten path but still very central. Within 15min of key sights. Free breakfast was good.
