The woman who communicated with me had a very bad attitude. I was very angry. I told my boyfriend in Chinese that it was just laundry, why did my clothes get damaged? She actually said that I was saying bad words to her. Is she paranoid? She was also talking loudly on the phone with a very bad attitude. Can I also say that she said bad words to me? It's really funny. No one told me about the damage of the clothes at the first time, but pretended that nothing happened. What if I didn't find out? Do I need to be responsible? And no one answered the reception phone every time I called. The woman's attitude was really very bad! ! ! ! It was just ordinary laundry, not dry cleaning. I don't understand why it turned out like this. I like this dress very much! ! ! ! It's very comfortable to wear. Why did my favorite clothes get burned? The bad review is only because of this woman. Everyone else is very friendly.

The room is spacious and comfortable for two. The location is great, walkable to Galataport and several sights. They also have a restaurant with spectacular view of the Bosphorus. The cleanliness was mediocre. And only compromise was limited amenities and services (no gym etc.)

Hotel stuff was rude, I made the booking for a friend and he is unhappy from the hotel attitude

Location and clean

視野很好，房間夠大，樓下就是星巴克，旁邊過紅綠燈就是海邊商場，很多吃的，天氣好海邊散步不錯！

酒店就在海邊，出門右轉走幾步就是伊斯坦堡現代展覽館等。 房間設施比較老了，但是環境很不錯。酒店建築兩遍的向上的台階是可以一直往上走的。早餐在七樓，有個平台，可以看到海峽上的漂亮景色

沒有隔音。 酒店叫的出租車亂收費。 退房的時候説要檢查下房間再退，但是我落在酒店的東西沒有提醒我。

態度很差，環境也很一般般，地理位置也不好，不推薦

good hotel, near the tram line going to sultanahmet, 10 min by foot from galataport and 15 min to taksim square

The hotel looked amazing online, & when I arrived it was nothing like the pics. We had two twin size beds that were hard as a rock. There was sooooo much noise and people banging things in the middle of the night, we barely slept. The entire staff was soooooo rude, never a hello or good night and behaved as if they are doing us the favor. Never discussed the bare ammenities and accused of us eating a wafer they told us was free and wanted to add to our bill. The restaurant is nice but very pricey & they refused to give us to go boxes. They said they would have the food it sent to our room and never did! There was a fire alarm that went off twice and the smell of an electrical fire that they dismissed and told people to go to their rooms. Awful stay dont waste your money!!!!!

Beautiful hotel near the Bosphorus; well-kept, with exceptionally friendly staff that always goes above and beyond to assist guests. We had a fantastic time during our two nights there.

Good location, easy to go round, restaurant in 7th floor has good view, though the bathroom shower door needed to be fixed, told them few times but no use.
