The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The receptionists,especially the woman of curly hair, were incredibly friendly, adding a personal touch to the stay. The room was spacious, the daily room service ensured a clean and comfortable environment. Perfectly situated, the location is ideal for exploring. Remarkably, the price is reasonable for the exceptional service and amenities offered. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and affordable stay.

Arrived to find the room was not as showing on web site,room size should be 30 sqm,but it was actually 15 sqm. This was supposed to be a suite but was actually a small room not what was advertised when i paid for it. There were problems with the bathroom water coming from the toilet whch we complained about we asked to change rooms they said they would fix we came back after being out all day still wasnt fixed so complained again the next morning it was eventually fixed the day before we left along with lights not working. We were not happy because this room was not what we paid for we expected a suite and this certainly was not what we expected.

Ho prenotato tramite Booking una camera in una struttura che si dà fuori e quella ma la camera non era assolutamente quella che si vede nelle foto sia del sito che su Booking. La cosa buona e’ il fatto di essere in zona Ortakoi vicino la moschea e di avere la reception 24/24 aperta. Camere poco insonorizzate , cuscini scomodi, letto scomodo. Peccato

Mükemmeldi, temizlik olsun güler yüz olsun tekrar geldiğimde mutlaka bu oteli tercih edeceğim. Oda manzaram ise mükemmeldi. Umarım tekrar konaklayacağım zaman aynı oda denk gelir

Harika bir oteldi hersey muazzam di, konum harikaydi heryere yürüme mesafesiydi, ve çalışanlar çok yardımcıydı her konuda. Odalar çok modern di ve otel çok temizdi

Odada dolaplara kadar sinmiş sigara kokusu vardı, aşırı rahatsız ediciydi.
