Our's was a very late booking and we arrived after dark and at short notice to a very warm welcome by our hosts. We had a fully equipped 2 room apartment which was spotless with a fridge stocked with fruit, liquid refreshments and biscuit nibbles. Our host felt the need to apologise for not having a cake ready for us but this arrived freshly baked the following day, together with freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice from their own trees. While it was still too chilly in March to swim, the large pool is a good reason for us to return in the future for a family holiday. While we were there, we were shown around their other guest suites on the property and all had been recently refurbished and very well equipped. Would thoroughly recommend without any reservations!!

Special place to stay if you are in south east Sicily, Roberto and his mother Giusy will give you a warm welcome during your stay at their estate. We stayed with 4 people and a baby in the room closest to the pool, Beautiful garden at our residence between the olive trees, palm trees and oranges, Wonderful swimming in the evening after 10 pm when it was less warm , Clean rooms and bathrooms everything was top! Ispica is located on the most beautiful side of Sicily with Baroque cities such as Scicli, Ibla, Modica, ect ..Marzamemi is also close by. During our stay we were spoiled by Giusy with Home made Torta al pistachio, Limoncello and Cannoli. We will definitely come back!

Posto incantevole esperienza fantastica ,ottima location ,pulizia eccellente,la famiglia Avena disponibile ,gentili e molto discreti,ottima torta di benvenuto preparata dalla proprietaria ci siamo trovati benissimo ,consigliatissimo x chi ha bisogno di pace e relax

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (e adulti e 2 bambini). Giardino incantevole con bella piscina e ottima vista. Appartamento ben curato, dotato di ogni confort (aria condizionata, barbecue, ventilato esterna, tovaglia e torta di benvenuto !). Possibilità di sfruttare il giardino con privacy rispetto agli altri ospiti. Proprietari super cortesi. Lo consiglio come base per visita alle numerose e bellissime attrazioni vicine.

Posto incantevole, i proprietari sono disponibili e discreti, appartamento ben arredato, confortevole e pulitissimo. Consiglio sicuramente il soggiorno sia in famiglia che con gli amici o in coppia. Ci si sente veramente coccolati !!! Comodo ai servizi, vicino al paese di Ispica e a 5 minuti in macchina dal mare.

Struttura eccellente immersa in giardini che la circondano dove regna una piacevole pace, i mini appartamenti sono molto curati nei minimi dettagli e sono dotati di ogni confort possibile... geniale in uno di essi la cucina a scomparsa a cui si può accedere aprendo le ante di un armadio. Pulizia a dir poco superlativa, sia degli appartamenti che dei giardini e della splendida piscina circondata da lettini e tavolinetti. I proprietari molto gentili ed alla mano con cui è stato un piacere intrattenerci per gustare un ottimo caffè in giardino.

Se cercate un posto dove si respira pace e tranquillità, questo è il posto giusto! Le camere pulite e curate nei minimi dettagli. Piscina pulita. I proprietari gentili e sempre disponibili. Lo consigliamo e sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Grazie

Ún posto unico...dove si respira pace, serenità e profumo di pulito...curato nei minimi particolari da tutta la famiglia!!!ogni estate tappa fissa in questa oasi...a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia di Santa Maria del focallo!
