The staff was pleasant and welcoming upon arrival. Room was clean. Wait staff was ver accommodating. We always stay here when we have family events in the area

Everything in the room felt damp. Particularly the bedding. There was loud people in the halls most of the night. The room in the floor above us sounded like they were moving furniture until about 2 am. Was not a good environment to get some sleep after traveling all day. The breakfast was a benefit to get going for the day. Would caution anyone that considers staying at this location.

We were aware that the building was being renovated. But, the 1st thing we saw when walking into the room was in the bathroom, there was mold ringing the toilet. That night, we noticed a small black bug walking on the stand between the 2 beds. We killed it. Then, noticed a dead roach in the corner of the molding to the bathroom door. The following morning while waiting to leave for the funeral, another black bug was seen climbing up the right side of the comforter on the bed nearest the heat pump. We didn't report these things. We just left.

The rooms could have been cleaned better. Some of the staff was rude other very helpful and nice. Overall stay was ok.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and relaxing. Will recommend for anyone that needs a room in that area.

I love the hard floors in the rooms. Other hotels should follow suit and get rid of the carpet. I didn't like the fact that I called the hotel and they said that they didn't have any king rooms, but was able to book through several 3rd party apps. Overall, the property was good.
