Very friendly and helpfull staff. Clean hotel, safe area with some fastfood options on 10 minuts walking.

We were blown away by how nice our stay was! The staff was lovely and the food was so so delicious, we wish we stayed longer to try more of the options! Our room was lovely and spacious and the hotel was very conveniently located, we were able to have a nice walk to a nearby food court.

Excellent service and rooms are clean
Came over for the UK and was really impressed with the standard of the hotel, would highly recommend. Staff are very accommodating and the services in hotel are very good.

Stayed there for around a week. The place was really clean and modern. Easy parking and good dinings options. Staff were very friendly too. Would recommend to stay here.

I stayed here with my husband and 4 children from october 25th until 8th november. We moved here due to awful experience from the centaurus apar**ents. From the onset we were blown away by the luxurious hotel, the rooms felt as though we we were in a dubai hotel, soo clean and well maintained. The customer service was impeccable. No request was too big and every time they went above and beyond. Everything we tried on the menu was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and we felt safe and secure due to the security in the Defence area. This is especially important when you are visiting with family! I definitely will go back and stay here without a 2nd thought. Thank you soo much to all the jacaranda team!
