It was nice but quality of items in store were lacking. Air in the room only worked some of the time and hallways were noisy.

We stayed there 6 nights. The service was impeccable. While not guaranteed, we got a room with double beds. The ocean view was great. Service staff throughout the resprt was exceptional. Food quality was OK for an all inclusive of this size. Much respect for trying to change things up each day. The only issue as always with the loudest minority of guests, not the resort. Drunk and wasteful, booking chairs along pools 6 hours ahead of showing up. Resort staff was very dedicated to the confort and enjoyment of all.

It was a last minute trip booked during spring break for my 40th birthday and I had a blast everything was amazing the staff were super nice and the drinks 🍸 ☺️ always on point. Now the foam party 🥳 i can't recall but the pictures 🤪 say it all. We were transported by riu staff to and from the party i am still intoxicated writing this review but they deserve it. I will be back ❤️

The resort was very clean and nice. The food was very good and staff were super nice. I was surprised how clean the pools and bars were at all times of the day. Perfect for college students or family's with younger kids. Overall great trip

The staff, shows, food, pools, cleanliness, grounds all were spectacular.
I would like to thank Marina, in the breakfast buffet area, was so sweet and bubbly, kind, efficient, warm and welcoming.
Also, Geronimo in the excursion area. We went on the Safari Jungle excursion, which was also excellent. Geronimo assisted us with the booking and was so nice, kind, welcoming, knowledgeable. Just a great guy!!
And Max, the bar cart service guy, at the pool..what a wonderful person. Kind, funny, very sweet.
Thank you to all the amazing staff!!

This property is a good average hotel. It is extremely clean and fairly new. It was busy in restaurants and buffet but the service was decent at most restaurants. You cannot make reservations at any restaurant so that was a little annoying. Some of the staff were not helpful inside buffet as far as asking for what foods were as the signage was not always accurate. The ground wee immaculate and service at pool and beach were great! We particularly loved Diaz at the adult pool. There is a pleather park for kids so lots of families. I have stayed at Unico 20 87 which is adults only and just a completely different feel, look, and service. So if you are okay with crowds, families, and mediocre food this place is great!

Transportation was included with our package and when we got there no one knew nothing about that and we were not in the ******* computer system for travel. Cost us an extra $300 US dollars.

It was the our first trip to Cancun , and choosing RIU Dunamar was the best option, the only thing was it is about 30-40 min away from airport and since we reached around the evening rush hour it took us about an hour to reach there , and the area between airport and resort felt scary.. all jungles both sides and barely any through traffic, Cancun is a safe area though but still.And there Queen size beds are actually not queen size , they were small. Other than that everything was great ..food , food service, cleanliness, staff ..kids had a great time on water slides and pool . Beach was beautiful. Had a great time .
