View is great. Room is OK but looking tired and in need of refurbishment. Rust on radiator and stain on settee. Breakfast was OK but had better on our trip. Location is OK but you need transport to get to and from the town as roads are not walkable unless you have a death wish. Lots of hype about this place but we just found it to be average.

Excellent! Carlos and his friends were interesting and hospitable hosts. We stayed for two nights in early march and would have to say this was one of the best breaks we ever had. Although we were out of season, Carlos and his friends were happy to give us some advice on where to eat, and where to visit and even arranged car hire for us. The traditional breakfast was delicious and Carlos arranged taxis to restaurants in the evening. The rooms were comfortable and very clean and we would recommend and return for another visit. Carlos was happy to help and even arranged a taxi for when we returned to Naples. Amazing host and location!

The Relais Bijoux was incredible. The host and his staff all went above and beyond to make everything feel special. The location is beautiful. Each morning breakfast is available on a deck that overlooks the port, the bay of Naples, Mt. Vesuvius. The owner offers convenient transportation to or from port and will make taxi arrangements. We would love to make a return visit to Ischia and stay again act the Relais Bijoux.

Der Besitzer „Carlos“ wollte unser Zimmer weitervermieten, weil wir dort die erste Nacht nicht übernachtet hatten. Statt das Zimmer zu stornieren und unser Geld zurückzugeben, setzte er uns unter Druck. Er hat das Zimmer, obwohl wir es bezahlt und eingecheckt haben weitervermietet. Er hat uns nur eine kleine Ausgleichszahlung gegeben und über 2/3 unseres Geldes behalten. Wir waren an 3 Tagen vor Ort. Die letzten 2 Nächte standen wir mit Baby und Frau auf der Straße ohne Unterkunft. Obwohl wir bezahlt und die Schlüssel hatten. Dort hat jemand anderes gewohnt. Er hatte das Zimmer einfach doppelt weitervermietet, um mehr Geld zu kassieren. Wir werden diese Angelegenheit unserem Anwalt geben. - Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und die Möbel alt - Der Pool war dreckig - Es riecht in dem Zimmer modrig nach Schimmel Das einzige positive an dieser Unterkunft ist der Ausblick. Ich kann nur jedem abraten dort zu buchen. Es gibt viel bessere und schönere Alternativen auf Ischia.

Carlo dovrebbe candidarsi a Sindaco di Ischia per tutta la passione che sprigiona e l'amore per questa magnifica Terra. Relais Bijoux Ischia è un angolo di Paradiso che richiede minimo una settimana per poterselo godere fino in fondo e staccare la spina. Noi abbiamo fatto un breve soggiorno e va benissimo, se non si può stare più giorni.. ma torneremo sicuramente! Camere spaziose e pulite, ottimo servizio, colazione squisita con torte fatte in casa e prodotti a km 0, servizio concierge e trasporto da/per il porto. Vista magnifica.

Notre hébergement, au cadre magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer, nous a enchanté. Le personnel est chaleureux, et est au service des résidents. Nous recommandons vivement pour quelques jours de détente loin des obligations du quotidien.
