The lady at the front desk was extremely rude gave me a card that didn’t even work on my door. The hotel room is in dire need of updating plumbing is bad the bathrooms look like something from 1970 light sockets falling out of the wall

The place is beautiful, but I will never be back. The service was beyond slow and the front desk ladies were rude and over worked. I feel bad for them having to deal with the lack of organization.

Asked for a baby crib 9 times. Finally got one on the second day but of course they didnt bring the pad for it so it was unusable. Gave up trying to get ahold of housekeeping

The pros: Nice facility with a great attrium layout. Large comfortable room. Nice restaurant. Easy access to the highways.
The cons: The bathroom has no ventilation. The shower water alternates constantly between freezing cold and scalding hot! The thermostat in the room is only cosmetic!

This hotel has roaches, not only in the room but in the pool area as well. I could never get towels and the house keeping walked in our room during our stay multiple times

We had a great stay ! the pool and hot tub was the highlight of the trip for my kids. Robert Wolf the assistant front desk manager was amazing ! very helpful and friendly , great hospitality. The whole staff was amazing. breakfast was the best embassy suites breakfast i've had in my years of staying at embassy suites.
