I reserved a night 2-3 days in advance, and upon arrival, I was told there were no rooms available. Unbelievable. I've never been to a hotel that completely disregards and has no respect for my reservation. I can't recommend highly enough that you find ANYWHERE but here to stay. I'll definitely never even think about staying at an OYO again.

Do not give these people your card information. They started making fake bookings on my card as soon as they got it. They only time you can get in touch with customer service is when you book a new room. The place you in a cycle where you cannot get in touch with anybody when you want to Remove the bogus charges. If you do not believe me look at the hundreds of complaints against them online. They are an Indian shop robbing it's customers. I warn you.

I made a last minute reservation due to bad weather at DFW Airport and called the hotel front desk to tell them I'd be getting there shortly after 1am. The clerk said there are no rooms available for my reservation but he only has 2 rooms available. When I told him I already had a reservation through Priceline, he said no rooms are available. While holding & waiting for Priceline customer service, I looked up their other reviews and OYO Hotels & their customer service SUCKS! I read its run down, dirty & rude employees. My experience confirms the bad service.
