I visit the area often and I do like this property, however, this past trip left me feeling “meh”. I had called the front desk in plenty time to advise that we would be a late check-in as our flight was delayed. Coming from the West coast-our journey was long to say the least. We arrived at the hotel around 12:30 am and had to wait literally more than 20 minutes to be let in the lobby! I understand the night shift needing the occasional break, but to be left waiting in the foyer without even a response on the intercom was disappointing. Once at reception, I was greeted with attitude as if I had interrupted or inconvenienced the clerk. Hoping for a better experience on the next one…
