第一次到訪Ipswich 小鎮及入住Novotel Hotel, 職員友善，Check in 手續快，check out 簡單，只需把鎖匙入大堂信箱便可離開，房間大，清潔。

酒店住的挺舒服的，可惜住了一半時間，酒店卻要關閉，事先預訂的時候沒有告知要關閉

Hotel is great if you’re not out on the side which it shares with a busy round about like I did, to their credit when I asked to be moved an was moved to the quite side it was great and I had a lovely sleep but I doubt I’d if slept on the other side.

On arrival, we were given the wrong room. This was rectified however the room we were given had a terribly strong unpleasant smell. It came from the drainage. The hotel staff spray air freshener but this only masked the smell for a short anount of time.
We were offered complimentary breakfast for our inconvenience.
The size of our room was great and the staff did the best they could but overall the stay was very underwhelming.
I will add that the staff at breakfast were particularly welcoming.

Great stay. Security guard blew his top when i had to pry open the front door at 1am. Not as friendly as i would like.
