The pillow and bed are not comfortable. Hygiene needs to be improved.

For the price, it’s a good place. Close to many eateries and Mydin. Everything in working order. Soap, shampoo, towels provided. Water dispenser in the hallway. Lift/elevator available. Only the door is thin so movements in the hallway could be heard. Staff friendly and quick to respond to requests. Communication in English, Malay or Tamil. Electrical outlets worked but some looked to be in need of repair for safety purposes.

The room was not clean. I have to request a change of room cos the room is too smelly (someone smoking in the room before we enter the room). Not recommended except you don't have any other choice.

Bed sheet dirty, air con not cold and got bed bugs.

None in the hotel dissappoint me. Everything is okay but if possible the hotel needs to replace the receptionist with one who understands English.
