Travelled with 2 kids . We loved our stay here . The location was awesome . Room was apt and very clean . Breakfast was very nice & service offered by the staff was very very good .
Highly recommend !

Overall our stay was great, staff were very helpful, room was clean, breakfast lovely, although a bit small.
Parking was ok, but had to double park and was a bit worried about having to move my car, but didn’t need to in the end.
We had a twin room and this was quite small with a small bathroom which was the only negative.
Other than that I would recommend a stay here.

Room was clean, warm and comfortable on a cold night. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and food was quite good.
Parking area is quite small, but cars can be parked along the street for free from 6pm to 8am.

The hotel was beautifully decorated. The family room was well laid out and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Great to get parked within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Hands down, the best B&B I ever stayed at! In fact I’ve stayed at 4 star hotels with poorer standards. Fresh, new, immaculate design and standards are words to describe this place! Simply perfect!

This is the absolute cutest little B&B ever. The woman who greeted us when we arrived and at breakfast was so nice and gave us loads of suggestions on things to do since the flooding and rain put a damper on our original plans. We ended up having an amazing time in Inverness

Aye Stay is in a quiet, residential area of Inverness, while being easily walkable into town for restaurants and to catch the train. The room was so comfortable and the breakfast each morning was fantastic.
