There are 2 patio areas From the second patio in back that leads two a single car port and alley entrance. Whole yard is in closed for dogs or kids. Front patio has bbq and dining space and hot cold out door shower perfect for after beach day. You can relax in evenings with twilight lit courtyard. Quick stroll to local restaurants and uptown village shopping. It will truly be hard to leave. Your time will go quick but you'll have memories of a lifetime. Not new but taken care of with loving care. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, cozy beach cottage. Just 3 houses from beach In prime DelMar beach colony. Away from congestion off 101.Between the prime beach access of 20th and 21st on coast blvd. This is the quieter family section of beach. there is no major highway( 101) to cross. there are no stairs or cliffs to go down, like all of Solana Beach and most of Delmar! always ask. only 3 house back from the sand. 1 minute walk if that. The house is adorable, with nicely appointed furnishings. 2 remodeled stone bath rooms and kitchen. A couch in living room that pulls out to another dbl bed. & fold up roll away bed too. 2 car carport, 2 flatscreen tvs equipped with Roku for streaming Thankyou for viewing! I guarantee you this is the prime beach block in all of SanDiego. this home is 200 ft from the beach. 1 min walk out the front gate. 3 houses back from the sand. no stairs or cliffs to walk down, like all of Solana Beach and most of Delmar. this is part of the 4 premium blocks of perfect beach and access. between 20th and 21st to be exact. We built our dream home, across the street, because we feel so strongly about it. And have 2 other rentals all on this very block between 20th and 21st. Close to the delmar village,restaurants, and less than a minute 200ft to the sand... ThisPerfect for entertaining or two families. only 1 house in front of the beach. no stairs or cliffs to get down. Always ask most in Delmar have! Front part of the house has 2 bedrooms w 2 full baths, kitchen, living room, dining room & front entrance to house. You can walk to the back courtyard with fountain (water wall, outdoor BBQ, Bar, fridges), through sliding doors in the dining room, or the french doors into master bedroom. Back bedrooms are entered through the courtyard & the 3rd bath is shared between the last 2 bedrooms.. You can enter the courtyard and back bedrooms without entering the front of the house if you want.. The living room & master bedroom have flat screen Smart tvs with Roku for streaming The spaceSingle floor beach house that has been treated with love and care. A lot of room, and is the best value space wise in the beach colony (we've been doing this for over 40 years and we know the competition so we know how to set up a rental we would want to be in). It's the first house we bought in Del Mar & was our beach house for many years. Bathrooms, kitchen, backyard, and showers are all recently remodeled. We supply surfboards (soft to learn on by request) boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, and beach games. The courtyard that brings it all together is amazing. Just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit. Basic toiletries, condiments, and house supplies that we provide is a bigger variety than most other rentals offer and more than enough to get you started. There is only an alley and another house behind us to the beach. You only have to walk a few houses over to the nearest public beach access without crossing the street. Less than half a block either to 20th or 21st beach. But you can hear the waves crashing at night in your bedroom. You will sleep well! Also, we are dog friendly and Del Mar has great beaches and parks for dogs. We do have a max of 2 dogs and ask you to please keep them off the furniture, pick up after them. We also carry a $125 charge per dog. There are exceptions to total amount but please ask first if more than 2 dogs before booking.Guest accessThe entire property! 2 other houses both on Coast blvd. Right across from this one, available if your select dates aren't open. Just click on the host icon to see other house sizes and dates available. We are a dog friendly house, but we do charge 125 per and have a limit of 2, we do make exceptions on case by case basis. please inquire first if using insta book if wanting to book with more than 2 dogs.Other things to noteThere is only one house behind us then the beach. We are close enough you can hear the waves crash from your bed at night. One note I’d like to make about this house is, it is not a shiny new house! It is the first house we bought of the four we own here. It has gone through many upgrades through the years and done with lots of love. This was the house our family lived in every summer when we came down from LA. We would do a little every time we came. Then, when we were building our house on 21st Street, we lived in this house & took the opportunity to do major upgrades that we couldn’t do when renting it before. We just lived through the mess to get it great for YOU!! Ha ha ! Just so it's clear, once again, the back two bedrooms are separated from the front part of the house. It all opens up to the courtyard. Back 2 bedrooms have their own shared bathroom as well. It is right next to the other front house, only separated by washer, dryer outdoor, fridge room. It gives a little more privacy if there is a 2nd family at night.
