"It was okay. Heater is loud, shower curtain rod is broken. Mattress was visibly dirty and sunken. Opted to not stay the second night that I prepaid for and was not refunded."
"The front desk wasn't friendly and charged me double the damage deposit. They told me they would resolve it and I would get an email saying it was going to be resolved. I got a email with nothing resolved. I won't be going back to that establishment. Extremely disappointed."

Asked for partial refund but was told third party booked room which was not true. Also hotel put a $250 (double my room rate) hold on my card - for “extras “ that might be charged to my room. Had no notice of this until I checked in! Was told it would be refunded on checkout - also not true
