I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western hotel in Malmö. The breakfast they offered was absolutely delicious—every bite was incredible, beyond what I expected. The reception manager also showed special care for us, making us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for such a great experience!

Recently stayed at Scandic Malmo City Hotel and the experience was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s location is ideal—quiet yet close to the city’s main attractions and charming streets. The room was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They also have a laundry room facility for free. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Malmo. I will definitely return on my next trip!

Centralna lokacija, blizinu Lilla torg-a, i savršenog parka. Takodje zgodna lokacija za odlazak vozom u Copenhagen. Dorucak vecčera uz kafu i kolač posle podne daju prednost.

Old-school hotel but in a good way. High ceilings, big openable windows and a cosy vibe. Only gripe would be that the bathroom is a bit small. Perfect location sightseeing, shopping, bars and restaurants. Can get a bit noisy w windows open(fine if closed). Friendly and helpful staff. They do offer breakfast, snacks and dinner regardless which is a nice touch. Room cleaning has to be asked for in advance the night before, but towels and other amenities was replaced on demand. Would stay again, if in Malmö

ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างดี แต่ภายนอกโรงแรมดูเก่าไปหน่อย ไม่มีตู้เย็นในห้อง และถ้ากดลิฟต์ คุณจะลงไปชั้นล่างไม่ได้ ไปได้แค่ห้องอาหารชั้นล่างและชั้นหนึ่งเท่านั้น อาหารเช้าก็เพียงพอและดี ราคาอาจจะถูกกว่าโคเปนเฮเกน แต่มัลเมอเป็นเมืองที่เงียบสงบ ไม่เหมือนโคเปนเฮเกน ถึงแม้จะมีชาและกาแฟในห้อง แต่ไม่มีน้ำเปล่าให้ดื่ม เมื่อเทียบกับราคาและความคุ้มค่าแล้ว ถือว่าคุ้มค่าทั้งทำเลที่ตั้งและอาหารเช้า

The hotel is in perfect location. Very clean and stuff very polite and kind. We have booked deluxe room sea view because of the full window sea view everyone is talking about but we were disappointed with what we got, since the majority of the view at the sea side was wall (picture attached). No beauty kit is included (cap…) Breakfast area has great view of the city, during the weekend is so busy and pretty tiny and needs reservation , the breakfast choice is nice. During workdays when there is no crowd and is so nice and calm. Anyhow nice hotel but i had higher expectation of the room chosen.

ฉันจองโรงแรมนี้เพื่อเข้าร่วมนิทรรศการใกล้เคียง โดยรวมค่อนข้างน่าพอใจ สไตล์ย้อนยุค ประตูลิฟต์ต้องเปิดด้วยตนเองซึ่งไม่สะดวก อาหารเช้าเข้มข้นมาก มีขนมปัง แฮมรมควัน เครื่องดื่มนมกับซีเรียล แซลมอนรมควันเป็นที่นิยมมาก และซอสตับห่าน เห็ดผัดและไข่ดาวอร่อยมาก พื้นที่ห้องเล็กไปหน่อย แต่พื้นห้องน้ํามีความร้อนที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ! น่าเสียดายที่ตู้เย็นในห้องเสียในวันแรก แต่พนักงานโรงแรมเปลี่ยนตู้เย็นใหม่ในวันรุ่งขึ้นและให้คูปองสําหรับบาร์สองแห่งเพื่อชดเชยอาหารที่เสียหายของฉัน ราคาแค่สองมื้อก็อร่อย เมื่อฉันเช็คอิน รูปลักษณ์ของโรงแรมกําลังได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ น่าเสียดายที่ฉันไม่เห็นรูปลักษณ์ที่สมบูรณ์

We took this room which was the 'Presidential Suite' as it was similarly priced with other hotels' standard rooms in the area. It was close to the train station; easy walk although on partially cobblestone walkways. Ensure that you have the code for getting into the hotel if you are arriving late. Room is big and there is elevator access. Amenities- wise- The fridge could not be switched on on the first day and after reporting it, it was fixed but then it started beeping on the second day so we had to unplug it. One compliment will be for the staff (female, sorry- can't remember the name) who made available the microwave oven for our room as we had mistakenly thought that the room came with it. Thank you! BAD!- Delay in refund- I had booked this hotel via trip.com and had already paid trip.com before arriving at the hotel. However, after doing online check-in as requested by the hotel, which required the credit card details, the hotel did a payment deduction also. Up to today, more than a week after the stay and numerous email and Whatsapp messages between the hotel, trip.com and I, the money is still not refunded. I wished it could have been settled before this review so that I can write positively about the stay.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยมใกล้สถานีรถไฟ และเรามักจะพักที่นี่เสมอเมื่อมีเที่ยวบินเช้าตรู่หรือมาถึงดึกมาก พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก และลูกสาวของฉันชอบกิจกรรมบันเทิงที่ทางโรงแรมจัดให้ อาหารก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน ขอบคุณที่คอยช่วยเหลือเราเสมอ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อเราลืมของไว้

Vi hade ett handikapp rum. Det var lite större och bekvämt. Tyvärr saknas AC och det kan bli mycket varmt. Vi hade utsikt mot stortorget och där samlas folk kl.03 på natten när uteställen stänger. Blir ganska högljutt eftersom det var så varmt i rummet att vi måste sova med fönster öppet. Det var taxibilar där och efter 20-25 minuter blev det tomt och tyst igen. Men läget fint, personalen trevlig, rummen rena och frukosten god. Så det var en bra upplevelse sammanlagt.
