Long wait for reservation  from Trip.com to show up in system; and both bathrooms in (very small) lobby were out of service. Once we did get checked in, room was clean and very nice though quite small. Bed frame was too large with corners sticking out at knee level(ouch)

Good location, excellent service, love the convenience of a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and laundry in room. Rooftop pool is small and the restaurant is nice!

Perfect, close to airport for a short overnighter

Great experience! Very clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and kind. Assistance was prompt and precise. Conveniently located. I will be returning!

I was not expecting such a run down and basic room for $400 a night.  (365 plus 30 resort fee).  The parking garage was very confusing and entering an exit took time.  The elevator floors were dirty.  Everything looked under construction and dirty.  Our room was basic and didn’t even have decent bedding, just a quilt.  I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in the states with better accommodations than this.  If I hadn’t paid so much my expectations wouldn’t have been so high and I would have been okay, but def won’t stay there again. Not for that price!
