"Very accessible and convenient location. Malls and terminal are just walking distance. There's no Grab services though, just the local transportation service liken to Grab. As expected for Sogo Hotels, hotel staffs are courteous, not all but most of them. Thank you."

"My dad and I were looking for an accommodation just along the road, and we saw this one immediately, so the location is very convenient for travellers. I like GoHotels eco-friendly concept (no disposables, water is refillable, etc). They have free and safe parking for cars, which is always a main consideration for my dad. My dad enjoyed his stay, and he said that if he is travelling again and passes by Naga, he will choose to stay here. Thanks for accommodating us! ^_^"

"Went there with family for a quarterly checkup of our son. Arrived in Naga early and I asked the hotel if we can check in early as line for the doctor's clinic was long and the waiting area was hot. They agreed with no additional charge. Our other kids got to rest while we were at the doctor's clinic."

"I enjoyed my stay overall and I’m satisfied with the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and nice, and I also used the pool and gym which were both good. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff was kind and welcoming. The only downside was that the AC in my room wasn’t very strong. Also, my room had a connecting door with the next room, so the sound insulation wasn’t great. We could hear the neighbors talking and their TV late at night. Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay and would still recommend the hotel."
