"Room is big with fancy decorations but some places still have many dust. Got small fridge , only 1 lift is working when we reached. 1.5km away from train station which is not really convenient by walking because the roas not really smooth, hurts your luggage"
"Avevo prenotato la solita camera matrimoniale al primo piano, ma quando sono arrivato in camera mi sono trovato i letti separati. Quindi sono ritornato in reception e mi hanno messo su una camera al 5 piano non all’altezza delle camere dei piani inferiori."
"I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again."
"I stayed at this hotel with my family for one night and had a great experience. The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice and also very affordable, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, everything met our expectations, and I would definitely stay here again."
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อThe bed & breakfast, the room, and the service all are top-notch.
BUT the location really is NOT the best especially if you’re traveling alone: 20+ minutes from old town by walking, didn’t feel safe to do the walk alone at night (even in the daylight I switched to the other side of the pedestrian walk to avoid crowds that made me feel uncomfortable). On Sunday, not many places opened for breakfast. If I’d visit Verona again, I’d stay in the old town.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is at a very good location, at a walking distance to the city center and with a plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Staff was very helpful and gave us a very good guide of the city when we were checking in. Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in Europe.
ผผู้เข้าพักClean, modern, convenient hotel. Nice staff. The location is about 10 mins to the Arena and downtown center. There is a nice plazza very close with coffee shops, bars and restaurants. There is a paid parking lot a few meters away to pay per hour.
ผผู้เข้าพัก1. Cleanliness
- We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t clean the room for us once. Referring to some laws, but other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip all of them offer the daily cleaning service.
2. Location
- City center, easily accessible to all attractions
- We were able to store our shopping bags in between the shopping spree during the day
3. Service
- They just did things as scripted, 2 girls chorus, nothing special.
- We asked for bus information. She didn’t know. Most hotel staff should be able to provide this basic city info.
4. Amenities
- No fitness. The only good is our room #50 has balcony, extra price for that ofc.
PPei ShanAt first, I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the limited reviews. I wasn't sure whether to choose this one or another 4-star hotel, but in the end, I went with this hotel due to its proximity to the train station (1 km) and better rates. To my surprise, everything was great—the room was a good size and very clean. There's also an elevator to reach the rooms, so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage up stairs. staff are friendly too , they will recommend you where to visit in Verona.
The downside, however, is that the room's soundproofing isn't very strong. I could hear people running or walking in the corridor outside. Additionally, the room key is a traditional key with a heavy keychain, rather than a key card. But it wasn't a major issue for me, as you can leave the key at the reception. The breakfast was decent for the price.
XXiaoningGreat location less than 10 min away from train station. Almost all attractions in walking distance, even up to the castle. Very clean and quiet if at the inner side. Fancy electrical control however not really intuitive as we didn’t find out how to switch off air condition. The breakfast is rich but quality may be improved.
