Its a new property but most likely to decay soon as majority hotels in mohali/chandigarh due to non-maintenance and poor housekeeping services. We do prefer to stay at this property due to the infra and connectivity however, its been many times that the housekeeping would not be done till evening and when you reach back in the evening after hectic schedule of the day, the room would still be in the same state as you left in the morning and upon inquiring the staff will tell you ”you did not inform us about housekeeping” as if housekeeping is only to be done if you tell them to. There are chances that the same sheets will be tidied up, if you notice, you notice.

Nice. Very courteous hotel staff. Property location is excellent. A neat and clean hotel. During stay, amenities provided were of a high order.

Why don't have allowed to swiggy and zomato to door step for delivery i had to come out of the hotel gate for pickup food. Managers were said u have to down stairs and pickup your food why? what the problem if staff get help for food delivered to customer's door step.
