One of the best hotel in Batu and nice ambience.. It is one of our favourite hotel when visiting Batu It'a better if they can renew the furnitures in the room, especially the fabrics..it looks too old and dusty... It is so busy for them on the day when we stayed recently, that's basic amneties in the room are forgotten

Hotel yg lama sekali tidak di kunjungi, pernah kesini sekitar tahun 2005/2006, hotel asri dengan garden view, dan estetik dg lantai kayu di beberapa sudut, fasilitas banyaķ dengan theme parknya, jadi anak² betah, dari sisi menu makanan variasinya cukup banyak, jadi banyak pilihan menu, petugas ramah dan sangat sopan mulai dari front liner hingga OB juga security, patut untuk menginap lagi nantinya, ada sedikit masukan saja, bahwa mungkin perlu perbaikan/peremajaan di beberapa sisi, seperti shower di tempat umum, kolam indoor banyak yg rusak, lalu jacuzzi air hangatnya mati nyala, dan berbusa banyak, apakah mmg demikian, lalu lantai basah, seperti tidak mengalir depan toiletnya, kemudian disaar breakfast petugas yg mengambil piring kotor di areal dekat kolam renang kurang gercep, sehingga banyak piring kotor, berbeda dg yg dekat venue menunya, sehingga begitu balik untuk menikmati fasilitas kolam renang banyak piring kotor tamu lain belum di bersihkan, namun over aĺl masih bagus untuk hotel yg sudah cukup lama beroperasi, terima kasih sampai jumpa di kesempatan berikutnya

Tempatnya strategis, benar-benar pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan, pelayanan ramah, dan staff sangat membantu. Kamar bersih, makanannya juga enak, cafe di lantai paling atas juga sangat bagus, pemandangannya indah, sayangnya kami tidak sempat memfotonya. Ada playground untuk anak-anak serta kolam renang. Sangat cocok untuk tempat menginap keluarga.

Book 2 rooms with trip but somehow the hotel keep telling me that they only receive 1 room in their system, meanwhile trip still responsible for my bookings. Suggestion for the hotel dont let your customer mad.

ฉันเคยพักที่โรงแรมนี้ในปี 1997 แต่จนถึงปัจจุบันทรัพย์สินของโรงแรมได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี โรงแรมสะอาดและสะดวกสบาย แค่ต้องมีทางเดินจากโรงแรมไปเล่นล็อบบี้เพื่อให้ฝนตกไม่เปียกเพราะที่กินอยู่ในล็อบบี้

The property is comprised of a small kitchen, with a worn non-stick pan and pot, and utensils, with two gas stoves, a worn small rice cooker, a microwave, and a minifridge. Worn means the non-stick coatings have been abused, which is typical of Indonesia, as no reads the instruction/care manuals of anything. The microwave vents are on its left side, and was positioned against the wall where the vents were blocked - relocating the microwave to the right side resolved this issue. The water gallon has a manual pump, and has to be relocated to occupy the stairs for use. There is no table for eating. The stairs has a low roof protrusion that you will hit your head on if not aware. There is a hidden door on the lower floor next to the kitchen to a cold-water shower and toilet, of which the wooden door is positioned next to the shower has smells of mold. The side of the kitchen bench is positioned adjacent to the window with a small uncovered gap, which there is signs it is impossible to clean. The TV was configured for headphone mode, which caused a static noise, I've changed it for speaker mode, and that has resolved the issue, and the TV looks and sounds great. There is also a fan and a couch on the lower floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with an elevated queen bed and with aircon that is quiet and cool, and the other room with a fan and two single mattresses, and there is an upstairs bathroom with toilet and shower. The shower upstairs water only lasts for 5 minutes, then requires what seems like a minimum 2 hour break - we don't know how much break it actually needs, as we only get hot water once for 5 minutes in the morning, and once for 5 minutes in the evening. We have tried to contact the property several times about this, and there has been no resolution, just responses to amount to ”adjust your expectations to not expect more hot water”. Overall, the place has enough of a kitchen to cook and store food, is exceptionally tidy sans the poorly designed gap between the kitchen bench and the window, and sans the poorly designed wooden door next to the shower on the lower floor. However, there is no functional hot water if you are more than 1 person, of which multiple people are the target market of this property.

Location seems ok the front of the hotel and public areas are almost spotless rooms on 2nd floor dua lantai have small balcony with 2 seats and a table 😀 great the room we booked had ac hot and cold water small tv connected to satellite the ac was not that good and actually heated the room regardless what setting i put it 16c cool the shower head was blocked so didn't work i reported both the problems to front desk the actually fixed it so that was good the staff can speak English. As for going bed me and my mrs notice ants emerging from near bathroom area and under the bed this episode was odd lasted 2 hours then restarted again about 7am we had no food in the room seems to happen after use of the bathroom shower as we was here for 1 night it was pointless complaining my advice always bring a can of bygon with you to low cost hotels warning they don't have elevator in the hotel so not a good idea for older people or disabled they have a nice pool area .in your room no fridge as for the tv set up you have start it up yourself saving grace is that they have wifi 😀 .the breakfast was ok glasses was very small like mouth wash cup smsll 4 of those glasses make a small decent glass of juice

Location is great however you cannot get views of the mountains if you are staying on the first floor. You can get yo alunalun batu by foot which is great for dinner and snacks in the evening. Great breakfast is also available and accessible by foot from this hotel.
