A very nice hotel with real value for money. Plenty of eateries nearby and not very far from town center. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Upon checking in I  was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of  our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable.

It's almost a perfect hotel at the medium level. Closed to Tsunami Museum and the Grand Mosque. Staff are kind. Breakfast was good. Only one thing I didn't like was that there is no elevator.

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

It’s chic and modern boutique type hotel.Very helpful front desk staff and securities.The receptionist help me find an airport transfer during wee hour.The security help me with the luggage.And a rooftop cafe.Big shout out to them.

I like the surrounding of the hotel full of nearby food stalls. One of the best option in Aceh. Good value for money even though the rooms are a bit old fashioned. Close to the port for trip to Sabang.

I had a great stay at this hotel .The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even assisted me with booking a motorbike. The hotel was clean. After I check out,the staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage at the reception.This gave me the oppurtunity to explore Banda Aceh before my scheduled ferry to Sabang at 4pm. Overall, the hotel was great .

Air panas untuk minum tak berfungsi. Sarapan ga sesuai jam dtgnya. Kamar mandi banyak sangkut rambut dilobang pembuangan air.

สถานการณ์จริงของห้องแตกต่างจากในรูปโดยสิ้นเชิง พังมานาน ก๊อกน้ําในห้องหลุดออกมา เปิด 3 ห้อง ล็อค 2 ห้องพัง เราซ่อมหลังอาหารเย็น โชคดีที่ผ้าปูที่นอนค่อนข้างสะอาดและแทบไม่ได้พักค้างคืนหนึ่งคืน ผู้ชายที่แผนกต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยดีและแทบจะสื่อสารไม่ได้ แต่คนก็ดี ขอแนะนําให้มีทางเลือกอื่นหรือไม่พักที่โรงแรมนี้

การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ได้เปลี่ยนมุมมองของฉันเกี่ยวกับบริการของโรงแรมไปอย่างสิ้นเชิง! ตั้งแต่ก้าวแรกที่เดินเข้าไปในล็อบบี้ พนักงานต้อนรับก็ทักทายฉันด้วยรอยยิ้มที่อบอุ่น ระหว่างเช็คอิน เธอถามฉันอย่างกระตือรือร้นว่าต้องการห้องพักที่เงียบสงบหรือไม่ และนำผ้าร้อนและผลไม้ต้อนรับมาเสิร์ฟอย่างใส่ใจ ห้องพักอบอุ่นเหมือนอยู่บ้าน ตกแต่งด้วยชุดเครื่องนอนนุ่มๆ และหมอนที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน สิ่งที่ประทับใจฉันมากที่สุดคือเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น เมื่อฉันเผลอหลับเกินเวลาอาหารเช้าและรู้สึกหงุดหงิด พนักงานเสิร์ฟมาเคาะประตูและนำอาหารเช้าแบบแพ็คกล่องมาเสิร์ฟ พร้อมกับพูดว่า ”เมื่อคืนคุณนอนดึก ฉันเลยเอามาฝากไว้ให้คุณ” เมื่อฉันเช็คเอาท์ พนักงานยกกระเป๋าก็ช่วยนำกระเป๋าไปที่ลานจอดรถ และเตือนฉันให้เดินทางกลับโดยสวัสดิภาพ ความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดแสดงให้เห็นถึงความเอาใจใส่อย่างแท้จริง การบริการแบบนี้ทำให้ไม่อยากกลับ ฉันจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน!
