This was a budget overnight stay, however, it was good value for the money. Warm welcome at the reception and was helped to my room. Single room ensuite shower and toilet, with good WiFi, TV, Telephone and coffee/tea facilities. Very clean and warm. Excellent shower. Breakfast was with a good selection and choice, including 'full english', along with cereals and toast with jam. Smashing coffee machine added the extra star.

โรงแรมสะอาดและนั่งแท็กซี่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ เช็คอินก่อนเวลาคือ£ 15 ซึ่งรู้สึกแพงไปหน่อย แต่หลังจากขับรถมาไกลเราตัดสินใจจ่าย คงจะดีถ้าสิ่งนี้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อความจงรักภักดีต่อโรงแรม น่าเสียดายที่สัญญาณเตือนดับในช่วงเช้าตรู่และดําเนินต่อไปนานกว่าหนึ่งชั่วโมงซึ่งหมายความว่าเราไม่ได้นอนหลับฝันดี บัตรกํานัลอาหารเช้าจะได้รับความชื่นชมสําหรับความไม่สะดวก

This Hotel is for sleep   No Telefon. Not a Single Bell , no Connection with Reception or Manager, Even on arrival a old Family , they donot offer a Porter, Hotel is Like Oay , Sleep and go, there is no room Service. There is a Restaurant very expensive, You Have to go down, Order and wait, in room no  friste, to put some Medicin or Your Drinks. Well , Not good Experiment, Dr. Chohan

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception. The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle). Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though. Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee. Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it. There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ดีอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ สวนรอบๆ โรงแรมก็น่าทึ่งมาก อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างเต็มและอาหารก็สด พนักงานบาร์ซิลเวสเตอร์ใจดีอย่างน่าอัศจรรย์เขากระตือรือร้นที่จะเตรียมค็อกเทลทั้งหมด พนักงานต้อนรับ Walmer ก็ใจดีมากเราลืมอะแดปเตอร์ชาร์จเขาให้หนึ่งให้เรา นอกจากนี้เขายังพร้อมที่จะแก้ปัญหาใด ๆ ของเราเสมอ ประสบการณ์ของเรามากกว่าที่เราคาดไว้มาก ฉันแนะนําโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอน ไม่เพียงแต่สําหรับอาคารเท่านั้น แต่สําหรับพนักงานทุกคน!! เบอร์หนึ่งของฉันกลับมาอีกแน่นอน 🇦🇷

Would definitely recommend to family & friends Room was very spacious & clean Service was very friendly Quiet area No trouble booking extra time b4 checking out Definitely worth the price paid Prob 1 if best hotel stays Thank you

โรงแรมโอเค อยู่ใกล้สนามบินและมีเสียงดัง แต่ร้านอาหารอิตาเลียนชั้นล่างของโรงแรมนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก มันอร่อยจนบินได้ อย่าลืมไปที่ร้านอาหารอิตาเลียนแห่งนี้เพื่อลิ้มรส

Comfortable room, good location, on site parking at no cost, quiet and very helpful staff. Would definately stay again if in area. Definately worth trying the local Indian restaraunt 50meyrex away either great service and food and value for money
