Nice location which close to a lot of signature sightseeing places, such as Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Rouen, Historial Jeanne d’Arc, Le Gros Horloge, Opéra de Rouen Haute-Normandie - Théâtre des Arts Opéra Orchestre Normandie Rouen, Église Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc de Rouen, etc. Accommodating with kitchen and microwave which absolutely good for those family who like to have their own seafood party, you can easily buy your own seafood from Poissonnerie Villard - Le Littoral, or Poissonnerie Saint-Marc, etc. Staffs are kind and friendly, the aparthotel provides replacement of garbage bags and toilet papers, just asked at their reception desk. It definitely a good and memorable stay in Rouen.

Good location near train station in Rouen. Love the hotel which is just next to the Rouen Tower, historical site. Love the sweets and candies and the fruits infused wster which is complimentary. Not forgetting the apples too. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful.

Parking was great, once we found we could drive straight in and the barrier would rise! Additional parking very close by but not required. Greeted in a friendly, welcoming manner. Room adequate for sleeping but no cups for coffee in room...paper cups provided which are no good for re-use. Accidentally spilt a second coffee as hadn't realised cup had failed. Result was stained sheets for our three night stay: not changed by morning clean through! Breakfast was excellent and sufficient and location ideal for Rouen Cathedral and other historic places. Only bad aspect was that, due to the proximity of the Seine, many mosquitos made their way into the room and we suffered many bites. Instead of opening window, utilise the air conditioning or take repellant.

We only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard, there is a suitcase stand where there are hangers you can hand up your coat and clothes. Just note that the bathroom is small. It did not bother us since it is a standard for most European hotels.

Bon séjour Appt 201 - Séjour d'une semaine avec une famille de 4 personnes. Afin d'améliorer l'appartement je conseille à l'établissement de nettoyer les encadrements de fenêtres et les rebords de fenêtres, d'ajouter un tapis de salle de bain en coton et un chiffon de cuisine, nettoyer la tête de lit, faire attention au remplissage du gel douche (vide à l'arrivée), ajouter un sac poubelle et un rouleau de papier toilettes en plus, quelques grandes assiettes ou une planche à découper en verre et un grand couteau pour la découpe des légumes, ajouter une essoreuse à salade, et repeindre par endroits.

The location is decent, close to the long-distance bus terminal and not too far from the city center, making it convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, and the room was relatively spacious compared to what you usually find in hotels in France. The view was also nice and added to the overall experience. However, the air conditioning wasn't working during our stay, and the room was quite cold as a result. This is something the hotel should address to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.
