For the price, it offers excellent value, especially considering the convenience and overall quality. "Such a beautiful place to spend a couple of nights at, and ready to spend even more. Anna helped us with check in and gave us a map with all the different places we can go to around town, while David recommended two of the loveliest restaurants in town and we enjoyed every moment of it. The rooftop shows a beautiful 360 view of the city, which opens at 8 pm and you get to watch the sunset. There’s also a lovely pool that you get to cool off the mid of the day heat and enjoy a couple of dips while ordering a drink from the bar. Overall an amazing experience. Well recommended"

"The hotel itself is very nice, and the location is excellent—strategically located just outside the city wall, making it convenient to access the historic area and nearby transportation. The facilities and overall environment were pleasant. However, I could not give full marks because of the service we experienced during checkout. We needed to get to the train station with two carry-on bags and two large suitcases, and I was traveling with my 70-year-old mother. I asked the front desk if they could help call a taxi for us. Surprisingly, the request was refused. I find it unacceptable that such a basic request could not be accommodated. It was also lightly drizzling at the time. Instead of offering assistance, the front office staff who did our check-out told us that we could simply walk across the street to the taxi stand and get a taxi ourselves. Doing so with multiple pieces of luggage and an elderly parent in the light rain is clearly not reasonable. What made the experience even more disappointing was that after giving this response, she did not offer any further help and simply ignored us. By the time I walked to the taxi stand, there was no taxi available. It’s also worth noting that Paseo de la Victoria is a large multi-lane avenue, not a small street that can be crossed easily. In the end, I had to leave my 70-year-old mother waiting in the hotel lobby while I went across to the taxi stand myself. When a taxi finally arrived, I asked the driver to come back to the hotel entrance to pick us up. We were also rushing to catch our train, so the whole situation became unnecessarily stressful. Thankfully we still managed to make it on time, but this could easily have been avoided if the front desk had simply helped call a taxi. I have been traveling to Europe multiple times every year since the early 2000s and have stayed in well over a hundred hotels across the continent. In all those years, this is the first time a simple request to call a taxi was so bluntly rejected by a hotel front desk. For a property that presents itself as a five-star hotel, this level of indifference to a basic guest request—especially when an elderly guest is involved—is simply unacceptable and left a very poor final impression of what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about choosing to stay at other Eurostars properties in the future."

"Perfect location with everything a walk away. Didn’t feel like a hostel at all. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful courtyard. Kitchen with good facilities. They have their separate online check in where a lot of personal information is requested and then they give you the codes to access the building. Cordoba’s streets are cobblestoned and most of the time taxis cannot drop you outside your building. It’s a bit of an obstacle when coming with luggages but nothing unmanageable. Issues we faced with the apartment: The metal curtain pole fell off as soon as my wife tried to open the curtains and it hit her. They need to be more aware of these things. The key given to open and lock the room door is defective and requires a lot of turning and twisting - very annoying and time consuming, needs to be fixed. Also 10am check out is very early considering check in is at 3pm. 11am check out would be much reasonable. All in all we would recommend this apartment/hostel for a short stay . The price is reasonable compared to ones nearby."

"hotel graded our family to their one and only prestige room, which comes with 2 bwdrooms and 2 toilets - we loved it! plenty of space for our needa, comes equipped with all the amenities as listed on the website, and located in a central location within the old town of cordoba. breakfast was awesome too! will definitely come back again."

"Excellent location, right opposite the Mesquite. Room was small but comfortable for one person, bathroom was comparatively spacious. Toothbrush has to be requested, shower toiletries provided including body moisturiser. Mattress was a little soft for my liking and room felt a little cold on the first day, but overall I was satisfied with room and hotel. Staff were polite and tour rep was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. Lots of restaurants nearby, couple of ATMs close by but no money exchange for those who need Euros."
