I loved Abu’s guesthouse, Abu himself would organize anything I needed during the stay, short trips, taxis, boats even in the night! He even made me his own organically grown moringa tea! The whole guesthouse is very clean, nice and Abu really puts all his money back into the house to make it better all the time! He has a beautiful sauna, and he can also organize for you sand sauna (which I would definitely recommend). Abu is a local, grew up on the island, and he is a great person to talk with about many interesting things. He can recommend to you what you could do while in Aswan. Abu simply makes you feel at home

โรงแรมสวยจริงๆ! ห้องวิวแม่น้ําตรงห้องวิวสวนไม่ค่อยดี ตอนที่ฉันจองไม่มีห้องวิวแม่น้ําที่ถูกที่สุด ฉันสามารถสั่งวิวสวนได้ หรือเพิ่มห้องสวีทวิวแม่น้ําหลายพันห้อง...ฉันไม่รู้ว่าทําไมไม่มีห้องวิวแม่น้ําเมื่อฉันจองล่วงหน้าครึ่งเดือน และฉันก็เช็คอินที่ใกล้ที่สุด...ฉันไม่เข้าใจจริงๆ ฉันไม่สามารถอัพเกรดระบบได้โดยตรง...โรงแรม เมื่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายจองได้หาวิธีเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องเล็กวิวแม่น้ําเมื่อรู้ว่าฉันไม่ชอบห้องวิวสวนจริงๆ ขอบคุณมาก! แต่ฉันไม่ลังเลที่จะเลือกห้องวิวแม่น้ําในครั้งต่อไป ขอบคุณที่แก้ปัญหาของฉัน ถ้าไม่ได้อยู่ในห้องวิวแม่น้ํา ฉันจะรู้สึกว่า 4000 หยวนลอยอยู่ในน้ํา...

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนเกาะ ตรงข้ามกับวัดฟิเล และมีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีเยี่ยม ไม่สามารถเข้าถึงได้โดยรถยนต์ จะต้องโดยสารเรือ เช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ได้ฟรี แต่มีค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ เพิ่มเติม ห้องพักอยู่ห่างจากบริเวณรับประทานอาหารไปพอสมควร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ปานกลาง อาจจะดูเหมือนไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ และชุดเครื่องนอนก็ค่อนข้างสะอาด ต้องจองมื้ออาหารล่วงหน้า 2 ชั่วโมง และอาหารส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นอาหารนูเบียมาตรฐาน ส่วนตัวรสชาติที่บ้านก็ 1:1 ครับ บางคนว่าดี บางคนว่าไม่ดี โดยทั่วไปแล้วหากคุณชอบอาหารฟาร์ม ฉันคิดว่าคุณสามารถรับได้ที่นี่ ที่พักและราคาไม่ถูก และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็เทียบไม่ได้กับโรงแรมหรูๆ แต่เมื่อพิจารณาจากสภาพแวดล้อมและสไตล์แล้ว ก็ถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ไม่เหมือนใครและคุ้มค่าที่จะแนะนำเมื่อมาเยือนอัสวาน

โฮมสเตย์แห่งนี้สมควรได้รับคำชมระดับห้าดาวอย่างแน่นอน ห้องพักใหม่และสะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน และโดยเฉพาะการบริการก็เอาใจใส่ดีมาก พนักงานที่เคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับเป็นคนสวย เธอพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้คล่องแคล่ว เป็นคนมีน้ำใจ และช่วยเราสั่งอาหารเย็นกลับบ้านและจัดเตรียมแผนการเดินทางอย่างอดทน ภาษาอังกฤษของอีกสองคนนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่ทัศนคติของพวกเขานั้นกระตือรือร้นมาก โรงแรมรวมอาหารเช้าไว้ แต่เราต้องออกเดินทางไปที่อาบูซิมเบลเวลา 6 โมงเช้า ดังนั้นเราจึงตัดสินใจไม่ไปเส้นทางนั้น ผลก็คือ เมื่อเราลงไปข้างล่างตอน 5.30 น. พนักงานเฝ้าประตูก็ยื่นถุงบรรจุขนมปัง เค้ก และเครื่องดื่มให้พวกเราคนละถุงไว้กินระหว่างทาง ฉันรู้สึกประทับใจทันที การบริการนี้ใส่ใจมาก สิ่งที่น่าเสียดายเพียงอย่างเดียวคือโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ห่างไกล ในพื้นที่นูเบียบนฝั่งตะวันตกของอัสวาน และอาจหลงทางได้ง่ายแม้จะใช้เครื่องนำทางก็ตาม นอกจากนี้เนื่องจากสภาพถนนไม่ดี คนขับอาจติดอยู่กลางทางทำให้การเรียกรถแท็กซี่อาจเป็นเรื่องยาก ทั้งสองครั้งเราทำได้สำเร็จด้วยความช่วยเหลือจากเจ้าหน้าที่ที่แผนกต้อนรับซึ่งคอยให้คำแนะนำเส้นทางกับคนขับทางโทรศัพท์

Pros The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Traditional Nubian style house. Every corner makes you want to capture the space. We had a rocky start but the hotel staff tried to redeem themselves. We lost an apple watch which the hotel helped us get back ASAP before we reached Luxor. We are grateful for this. Cons Awful communication and hospitality. We were the only guests in the entire resort because of low season but still received shitty service. The hotel is in a secluded place making it difficult to reach.It’s on top of a mountain on a dusty rocky road. The hotel offers a tuktuk. We did our research prior and contacted the hotel to arrange getting to the hotel from the village and check in since we knew we’d land in the AMs. We were ignored. We arrived at the village meeting point at 1:45 but only ended up getting to our rooms around 3:50am because reaching the hotel via call and WhatsApp was so difficult. The staff had no sense of urgency. We were frustrated and anxious in this wellness resort. Our taxi driver refused to take us up the mountain and the tuktuk refused to take us because of our many bags (which is understandable). I’m very disappointed in the service and I know the staff has lots of potential to improve on their service delivery. The hotel needs to be more cognisant of their customer service and guests hospitality. Staying here was stressful. Recommended if you want aesthetic vibes,a beautiful picturesque hotel with good breakfast. Don’t recommend if you prioritise great guest services, comfortability and peace.

Amazing time ,basic rooms ,but clean beds towels. Hot shower and the best view but 100% of the credit for our amazing time goes, to helma the manager and his staff especially khalid who was there for everything we needed , Helmy went above and beyond driving us to the sights for less than.a taxi , but the most amazing was. The Nile under our Balcony full of. Feluka boats to take you to ancient temples and delicious waterside cafes and historic islands this hotel might look nothing.but if you want the true Nubian experience of aswanth8s 8s the place for you ,basic breakfast of bread honey eggs and cheese with tomatoes for the price amazing ,, Linda and ivy uk x

บริการดีมาก แต่โดยพื้นฐานแล้วไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนวันที่หากจอง มีบริการรับส่ง ร้านอาหารและบริการดีเยี่ยม แม้ว่าห้องจะเล็ก แต่เครื่องปรับอากาศและเครื่องทําน้ําอุ่นก็สบายกว่า มันจะดีมากถ้าคุณเดินทางคนเดียว!

Great hotel, good rooms, great buffet breakfast, however the shower was not great (very weak) and lack of attention to guests from some of the staff, especially at late check-in.

Benben is a beautiful place and the service is top notch. Why the 3 stars? Our room jacuzzi was way too hot to enter. On the first day they send someone over who added cold water so we could enjoy it. Then on the second day as we are coming back from our day trip and want to relax, we find out our jacuzzi is again way too hot. It’s not fun to wait for them to fix this issue when we want to go in right now and not in an hour or so. Also as a 5 stars hotel, the hot water kept running out in our shower after 15 minutes which is quite crazy. It shouldn’t be like this. Or else we loved everything. The food is really good, and as I said the staff/service is amazing.

I stayed at Marhaba Hotel Aswan and found the location to be its best feature. Situated near the Nile, it offers easy access to key attractions and beautiful views. However, the facilities were terrible and in urgent need of improvement. The rooms felt outdated, with worn-out furniture and poor maintenance. Cleanliness was lacking, and the bathroom conditions were disappointing. The air conditioning barely worked, making the stay uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and overall, the hotel didn’t meet basic expectations for comfort. With some serious renovations and better management, it could be a decent option, but in its current state, I wouldn’t recommend it. Definitely not worth the price.
