"Very conveniently situated next to the train station and the main street. Rooms are clean and practical, breakfast is pretty good. We stayed with our 2 year old, which came for free. We had to bring our own travel cot but the room was specious enough to put the cot."

"Mercure Duisburg is quite a good hotel. Especially for the price we paid for 4 people. The sleeper couch was comfortable for the kids and the bed for us was nice. We also really enjoyed the breakfast (although we missed the bacon…). The swimming pool was actually nice. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The location is absolutely perfect. The main shopping street is behind the hotel on a couple of minutes walking distance. We enjoyed the Christmas market and the kids had KFC. There are nice shops as well. Parking was very reasonable. 12 euros for 24 hours.  Some constructive feedback: - the pillows are surprisingly flat. They didn’t have extra pillows left, other guests also asked for them. Might be good to change the pillows. Pillows are not that expensive nowadays, so Accor, please upgrade there.  - there is only 1 lift. That was quite uncomfortable because the staff also uses the lift, especially also housekeeping with the carts. So sometimes it’s either you wait or you take the stairs.  - the carpet could be changed. It’s clean, but looks old and worn out. They put up a funny poster, so that makes it a little better. But still, hopefully for the next renovation, please take that up as well.  - the TV mainly had German channels. The news channels were also in English. The smart tv’s unfortunately didn’t have apps on like Netflix or Prime, etc. so I could log in with my own account. Neither was there a way to screen mirror my phone. So when the kids were sleeping I ended up watching a movie on my phone… Some minor things, but we do recommend the hotel. If you have a bigger budget, you can find a more luxurious hotel I’m sure. We would come back again."

"Das Campanile Duisburg City macht insgesamt einen ordentlichen Eindruck: Das Hotel ist sauber, modern und gut gelegen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es grundsätzlich gut geeignet. Allerdings waren die Betten leider etwas unbequem, was den Schlafkomfort deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Gerade wenn man mehrere Nächte bleibt, fällt das negativ auf. Fazit: Insgesamt okay, aber wegen der Betten mit Verbesserungspotenzial."

"เมื่อทําการเช็คอิน พนักงานต้อนรับอบอุ่น เป็นกันเอง เอาใจใส่ และเอาใจใส่ โรงแรมมีสไตล์มาก เป็นโรงแรมคลาสสิกแบบเก่า ห้องพักสะดวกสบายและเงียบสงบมาก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือแผนผังห้องไม่สอดคล้องกับ Trip.com ห้องเตียงแฝดหรือห้องเตียงคู่นั้นหาได้ยาก และเครื่องปรับอากาศบางห้องใช้ไม่ได้ หน้าต่างเปิดไม่ได้ และห้องน้ําและห้องน้ําจะรั่ว"

"Wir suchten in der Nähe vom BG Klinikum ein Hotel und fanden es hier. Für mich ein sehr ruhiges Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitenden. Genau das richtige Hotel um nach der Anstrengung eines Gutachten wieder sich zu erholen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielseitig. Auf Wunsch bekam man frisch zubereitetes Rührei oder Spiegelei. Die Kaffeesorten waren sehr lecker. Das Zimmer Ansicht war groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Bad war groß und sehr anspreche mit den vielen Spiegeln. Eine sehr große Dusche war das Highlight im Bad, so dass man sich zu keiner Zeit eingeengt und unwohl fühlte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder."
