"Het is een mooi hotel met een super goede ligging. Tegen over het station maar daar hoor je in je kamer niks van. Je loopt zo het centrum van Duisburg in met nu een leuke kerstmarkt. Hotel kamers zijn zeer schoon en goede bedden. Ontbijt vonden wij voor het weekend wel een beetje vroeg. Van 6:00 tot 10:00. We kwamen om 9:15 en er was heel veel al op, dat was jammer. Onze tip, laat de keuken goed kijken wat er aangevuld moet worden. Verder echt een aanrader ! Hele vriendelijke mensen."

"The 2 lamps on top of the bed didn't work. One of them was holding thanks to black tape and fell down when I touched it. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Breakfast was good but not worth the price"

"Mercure Duisburg is quite a good hotel. Especially for the price we paid for 4 people. The sleeper couch was comfortable for the kids and the bed for us was nice. We also really enjoyed the breakfast (although we missed the bacon…). The swimming pool was actually nice. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The location is absolutely perfect. The main shopping street is behind the hotel on a couple of minutes walking distance. We enjoyed the Christmas market and the kids had KFC. There are nice shops as well. Parking was very reasonable. 12 euros for 24 hours.  Some constructive feedback: - the pillows are surprisingly flat. They didn’t have extra pillows left, other guests also asked for them. Might be good to change the pillows. Pillows are not that expensive nowadays, so Accor, please upgrade there.  - there is only 1 lift. That was quite uncomfortable because the staff also uses the lift, especially also housekeeping with the carts. So sometimes it’s either you wait or you take the stairs.  - the carpet could be changed. It’s clean, but looks old and worn out. They put up a funny poster, so that makes it a little better. But still, hopefully for the next renovation, please take that up as well.  - the TV mainly had German channels. The news channels were also in English. The smart tv’s unfortunately didn’t have apps on like Netflix or Prime, etc. so I could log in with my own account. Neither was there a way to screen mirror my phone. So when the kids were sleeping I ended up watching a movie on my phone… Some minor things, but we do recommend the hotel. If you have a bigger budget, you can find a more luxurious hotel I’m sure. We would come back again."

"Sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, alles sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, dafür jedoch an einer stark befahrenen Straße, wer zum schlafen absolute Ruhe braucht, sollte mit Ohrstöpseln vorsorgen. Parkplatz ist direkt neben dem Hotel vorhanden und kann für 7€/Tag beim Check In gebucht werden."

"辦理入住時，前台工作人員熱情友好、貼心周到。酒店很氣派，是老牌經典酒店。房間很舒適很安靜，唯一的缺點是房間佈局圖和攜程上的不太一致，雙床房還是大床房不好界定，而且空調有的用不了，窗户打不開，衞生間浴室會漏一地水。"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Allowed us to store bicycles overnight in a meeting room. Hotel was quiet, clean and perfect for a transit night through Duisburg."
