Definitely a 5 star experience From the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance, we were greeted by smiling staff ready to take our luggage and opening our car doors. Our room was already set to a comfortable temperature and smelling of beautiful scent from the essential oils burning as we entered. There were also a variety of fresh fruit and cookies on the table with a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel. Without going into more details, this basically set the tone of our entire stay, which is outstanding !! No need to mention that the food at the restaurants were great, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

本次出行定了雙卧套房 ,兩張1米8大床住4個人 ,送水果礦泉水 ,包含了早餐及4張温泉票 .房間舒適乾淨 設施齊備 ,前台接待人員及早餐的服務人員非常主動熱情 , 得知我們想到附近遊玩， 還幫我們規劃了景點路線， 感受到温馨超出期待！

這次入住體驗超出預期，房間打掃得很乾凈，床軟硬適中，睡得特別舒服。前台工作人員態度很好，有問題都耐心解答。酒店位置好找，出行便利，周邊吃飯購物也方便。整體性價比很高，無論是出差還是旅遊都很合適，下次還會選擇這裏！

酒店房間很寬敞，有人會在房間內吸煙，房間裏聞到隱隱煙味，可以攜寵入住，停車場在負一負二很方便 不過是和ktv和月子中心同一棟樓，電梯不好等，而且樓下ktv晚上有音響震的聲音，隔音也不是很好 酒店人員服務好，房間內挺乾淨的，床底沒有垃圾

recently stayed at Vienna International Hotel (Yunfu City Center Yihua Plaza) in Yunfu, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to access nearby shopping areas and restaurants, especially around Yihua Plaza. The Standard Single Room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and sufficient space for a solo traveler. The room facilities were functional, and housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy throughout the stay. The Wi-Fi connection was stable, which was helpful for both work and general browsing. The hotel staff were polite and professional during check-in and check-out, making the process smooth and efficient. The lobby area was well-presented, and the overall environment felt safe and comfortable. In terms of location, the hotel is suitable for both business and leisure travelers due to its proximity to commercial areas and local amenities. Transportation options were also convenient, making it easy to travel around Yunfu. Overall, Vienna International Hotel (Yunfu City Center Yihua Plaza) offers good value for money with clean rooms, a convenient location, and reliable service. I would consider staying here again on future visits to Yunfu.

住了兩晚，先説 環境：景色宜人，空氣真的非常好，特別坐纜車上到象窩山頂，在山頂上風景更好，逛一圈40分鐘左右，當然也可以徒步上去，看自己腳力吧。 衞生：景區乾淨，房間衞生也可以，温泉水在樓上看到是早上放的，至於游泳池是不是天天換水，那不得而知。 設施：房間有一點舊，但是勝在乾淨，負一樓是餐廳，負二有游泳池和温泉。 服務：感謝管家小張和阿鋭精心服務，還送了小禮物，其他服務員也很有禮貌。 吃：自助早餐品種挺多，感覺最好吃是腸粉和河粉，其它很普通，晚餐在酒店吃的，價錢有點貴，推薦茶香雞，和綠茶五花肉，至於山泉皖魚不推薦，就是瘦身魚，跟真正的山泉魚差遠了。 採茶活動值得推薦一下，小孩感受一下製茶過程，玩的很開心。以後有機會，會在來遊玩。

This was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

We came as two people from Hong Kong for a little getaway. It was absolutely magic. The family of the guesthouse welcomes us with tea and let us choose where we are most comfordable to stay. The breakfast was local grown food and very tasty. We had a lot of rain which made the atmosphere very mystical and magic in the surrounding landscape - a dream! Me and my friend neither speak local language or knew what we can expect, but the calmness and friendliness of the family made everything very easy and they included us in the everyday things of their town.
