ห้องพักสะอาดเรียบร้อยมาก มีวิวทะเลสาบกว้างๆ ผลไม้ต้อนรับก็มีมากมาย เราไปเที่ยวกับครอบครัวในช่วงเทศกาลตรุษจีน โรงแรมได้เตรียมของขวัญปีใหม่ ภาพวาดน้ำตาลที่วาดด้วยมือซึ่งเป็นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมที่จับต้องไม่ได้ของปีใหม่ และกิจกรรมทำแป้งโดว์ต่างๆ ไว้ เราดูกิจกรรมเหล่านี้ทุกเช้าหลังอาหารเช้า และเขียนคำอวยพรปีใหม่ ซึ่งทำให้เด็กๆ สัมผัสได้ถึงความล้ำลึกของวัฒนธรรมการเขียนอักษรวิจิตร สิ่งที่ประทับใจที่สุดคืออาหารเย็นที่โรงแรม Pullman อาหารที่อร่อยเลิศ ขาหมูเยอรมันก็อร่อยมาก นอกจากนี้ยังมีบาร์บีคิวหลากหลาย พระพุทธรูปกระโดดข้ามกำแพง และอาหารคลาสสิกอื่นๆ แขกของโรงแรมจะได้รับส่วนลดพิเศษ

非常に良いホテルでした。価格も高すぎず、安すぎずちょうどいい値段で、Trip.comの割引も入って相応の値段で泊まれました。朝食もサービスよく、麺類やワンタンをオーダーできました。近くには南洋広場ショッピングモールがあり、買い物ができます。その中にウォルマートもあり、必要なものは揃います。近くのお店でご飯も食べられるし、コンビニのようなお店もあるので飲み物も買えました。部屋は綺麗で嬉しかったです。ただ最終日に虫が発生したけど、チェックアウト時だったので問題なし。トイレは足にあるボタンで操作できるのが不思議。シャワーはお湯加減も強さも困らない。レインシャワーと通常のホースシャワーがあるけど、ずっとレインシャワー使ってました。

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

房間雖然小，但是很舒適，就是爬上二層去不太容易，不過小朋友們很喜歡。然後這個數字榫卯的設計很有意思，沒有砍一棵樹，不過我沒有看到設計師的銘牌，但是看起來和餐廳是同一個設計師設計的。遺憾的是，房間內的味道太重了，可能是用了多層實木板的原因，當時在設計的時候，可能是為了純粹的風景而擴大取景框，所以衹有一個小窗户可以通風，其實吧枱上面那個窗户完全也可以設計成通風的，這樣對流通風就能消減味道。室外活動挺好，不過最合適來的季節是夏天，因為夏天可以挖藕，可以看荷花，可以去抓螃蟹，還可以玩槳板。清明節前來也不錯，沒有蚊蟲，還可以欣賞櫻花。但是槳板就玩不起來了，因為掉到水裡會感冒的。不過滑索過江很刺激，很好玩，別的地方也很少見。老闆人很熱情，還幫小朋友剝瓜子花生。據員工説，老闆買了一些鹿散養在林場，我女兒説她晚上看到了帶着角的鹿，但是她正處於胡説八道的年齡，所以是不是我也不確定。

設施：挺好的，比較新 衞生：乾淨，住着挺舒服，馬桶還是電動的 環境：安靜，不吵鬧，周圍環境可以 服務：態度好，幫着拿行李，還可以先存放

這家親子酒店環境真的非常不錯👍服務也是非常好的．很適合帶娃度假，拍照每一張都是大片，躺在房間裏都是一種享受，聽説我女兒生日還幫免費升級了房間，非常感謝，女兒在那度過了一個完美的生日🎂下次有時間一定會再來的．
