"本次出差入住雲端扎溪卡酒店，必須由衷感謝前台擁西和拉章兩位小妹妹。 凌晨2點我突發嚴重高反，頭痛頭暈、渾身缺氧無力，獨自在外格外無助。致電前台後，擁西第一時間趕來房間檢查供氧，得知我情況嚴重，當即主動帶我去石渠縣人民醫院就診，還叫上同事拉章一同全程陪同。 深夜石渠零下低温，兩位年僅十八九歲的小姑娘，一路細心照料，到醫院主動幫我掛號、忙前忙後，默默陪我在急診吸氧緩解不適。 年紀雖小，卻格外善良有擔當、温柔又暖心。陌生異鄉的深夜困境裏，是她們的真誠與熱心温暖了我，萬分感恩兩位姑娘的傾力相助，也為酒店優質又有温度的服務點贊！"

"Voor de prijs niet geweldig, politie kwam ook meteen aan de kamerdeur met allerlei vragen incl vragen om papieren wat bij wet niet mag. Ik snap dat het hotel daar niks aan kan doen maar geen fijne ervaring. Daarnaast ligt hotel naast politiebureau dus hou rekening met sirenes snaxchts."

"Pour nous c’était un hôtel d’étape donc nous avions une exigence seulement sur la propreté qui était très bien. Par contre c’est un très vieux hôtel où presque tout était à refaire. L’accueil était très gentil."
