"ทันทีที่เรามาถึงสนามบินต้าซิง พนักงานก็รออยู่ที่ประตู 11 ชั้นสามแล้ว รถรับที่เราใช้คือรถตู้ไฟฟ้า Denza ซึ่งสะดวกสบายมากและอยู่ใกล้กับโรงแรมมาก เรามาถึงในเวลาไม่นาน โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี มี KFC อยู่ชั้นล่าง พนักงานกระตือรือร้นมากเมื่อเราเข้าไปในล็อบบี้และเช็คอิน ฉันจองห้องสวีทซูพีเรียร์ซึ่งมีขนาดใหญ่มาก โรงแรมเพิ่งเปิดใหม่และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ก็ใหม่มาก เตียงนอนสบายมาก และมีที่ชาร์จไร้สายที่หัวเตียงซึ่งสะดวกมาก เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นฉันลงไปทานอาหารชั้นล่าง ร้านอาหารตกแต่งเหมือนบาร์เล็กๆ บรรยากาศดีมาก นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถสั่งกาแฟได้อีกด้วย และมีเบียร์เพียวเร่หลากหลายชนิด เช่น เบียร์ดำและเบียร์เหลือง การพูดคุยและดื่มกาแฟหลังอาหารเย็นก็สะดวกสบายมาก เมื่อกลับถึงห้องพัก ฉันเห็นห้องออกกำลังกายอยู่ที่ชั้นล่าง ฉันเข้าไปสำรวจอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ และพบว่าอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดใหม่เอี่ยม ฉันออกกำลังกายไปชั่วโมงนึง แล้วก็กลับห้องไปอาบน้ำและงีบหลับ ดีมากจริง ๆ สรุปคือโรงแรมนี้คุ้มค่าคุ้มราคามาก!"

"帶娃去北京野生動物就近定的這家酒店，開車到店後發現地理位置優越，緊鄰綜合商場、吃喝一應俱全。出酒店前行十分鐘左右即可到達進京方向的檢查站，開車3、40分鐘即可到達北京4號線天宮院地鐵站。距離我們早上要去的野生動物園衹需要10公里。 酒店房間寬敞明亮、衞生乾淨整潔，一次性用品一應俱全，有娃的話前台工作人員還會給一套小童一次性用品。 房間礦泉水也是免費給準備的，套房還設有一個小型冰箱。衣帽間落地鏡、化粧鏡都有準備。 淋浴間水壓穩定、水流沖、水温舒適。吹風機的工功率也是可以的。吹頭髮不是太費勁。 早餐餐廳在二樓在需要走一層台階，然後在整棟樓外，餐廳內環境寬敞、整潔，自助形式，有簡單的中、西餐，滿足不同需求的住客。牛奶、咖啡、果汁、麪包，炒飯、包子、米粥、還有餛飩和麪湯需要的話餐廳阿姨會現煮，熱乎乎喝完很舒服，總體味道都是不錯的。 前台小姐姐們的服務也是沒得説，登記、退房動作麻利，半夜需要被子、浴巾也是稍等片刻就會送到房間的。 整體對酒店的服務非常滿意，下次在來附近會繼續打卡這家酒店的。"

"房間還不錯，空間挺大，也挺趕緊。酒店離北野挺近的，價格也相對大興區的會便宜一點，空調調節不是很好，難以調節到一個合適的温度（不過這因人而異），總體來説滿意的"

"酒店在一個很偏僻的地方，周邊沒啥配套，餐食基本都在酒店解決。餐廳味道很好，推薦。房間比較滿意，乾淨，但是馬桶略有問題，自動沖水總能沖到馬桶圈上。按照需求給提供了床圍欄，但是房間裏實在太熱了，關掉空調也特別熱，沒有加濕器，感覺睡一晚要被烤成肉乾了。温泉水世界跟游泳池聯通，整體感覺還不錯，裡邊有一小片小童遊樂區域，雖不大，但也基本能滿足冬天帶小孩室內玩耍。園區綠化不錯，有一條小河有鴨子，酒店早晨有撿鴨蛋活動，適合帶略大一點的寶寶參加。整體體驗很好，寶寶很喜歡，還想再來。推薦！"

"We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
