The hotel provides the amenities required for the stay. It also has a self-laundry facility to wash and dry clothing. The atmosphere looks very nice. The air quality could be improved with better scents. The room has a hard floor, which is good to prevent dust mites or bed bugs. There is no fridge or safe box in the room. However, the security is good, so a safe box is not a necessity.

Stayed 2 nights at Atour. The front desk upgraded our rooms and gave us free breakfast for 2 days. Room and environment was very nice. It was a very pleasant stay there. Front desk was very kind and very helpful.

Location is kind of perfect, right across the river and park, but carries a flip side being it on a second floor with no elevator access. If you carry light and doesn’t travel with a senior with limited mobility this place is perfect. Amenities in this place are top notch. Had an amazing sleep and stay quality here, matching— even surpasses, that of a five-star hotel.

The two girls at the front desk were polite and patient, and made their best efforts to try and understand me and my poor Chinese. However, I Can’t say I had the best first impressions regarding the rooms. I asked for a non-smoking room, and was informed that there weren’t any but that if I felt my room was too smelly, that I could change… sure, ok. Instead of inspecting the room when I first got in, which I should have, I immediately jumped into the shower after a long day of traveling. I got out patting myself dry with a fresh towel when I saw a long strand of hair stuck to my body. On further inspection, hair everywhere and floors full of debris. I then started noticing the musky smell of smoke. I called front desk and they were quick to changed me to another room. Good. I inspected the new room and everything looked good. Until I came back later in the evening and saw a friend sharing the room with me… *sigh*… In conclusion, the two young women at the desk were polite, patient, and courteous. Cleaning and hygiene needs improvement. Suggestions? Invest in some floor vacuums… and maybe more pest control?

This hotel is pretty near to the fuqing train station and Beijing normal university. The room is clean and Spacey. The bathroom is also clean and well cleaned. The breakfast has good food but i just hope they can change it once in a while, and i hope they would clean the washing machine a bit because the dust are starting to clot. Apart from that, the people are pretty friendly and really helpfull with what we need.

The check-in progress was very long and a pain. The paperwork was not located and the reception desk had to use a phone translator. There is no WiFi in the reception area and the room WiFi isn't the best. I have to try different room WiFi to have any chance for it to work at times.
