โรงแรมพร้อมWifiในเบิร์นนาบี

Remember this hotel is a Holiday Inn ”Express” and hence customers should have lower expectations. Its breakfast, housekeeping standard and front desk experience were not as good as an average hotel. There was a strand of ”private” hair on the soap dish in the bathtub. Its policy regarding late check-out was unnecessarily complicated. My room was not vacuumed for my entire 12-day stay. Despite the 12-night stay, my requests for a late checkout could not be entertained until the day of departure when I had to specially wake up at 6 am and call the front desk. Because my phone call was not answered, I then had to approach the front receptionist in person to ask for a late checkout and negotiated with the receptionist (who seemingly just woken up) for more than 5 minutes before he reluctuantly agreed to my request to check out at 2 pm. I will try Hilton Metrotown (Crystal Mall) for my next visit.

Friendly service. Clean. Perfect accommodation for me and my husband. Quite affordable with a bonus ‘togo’ breakfast. I would recommend and stay again.

You can get it cheaper than any other hotels around Vancouver. The cleanliness of this place was acceptable, considering that it is just a hostel.
