We stayed here for one night and had a pleasant overall experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the room heating could be adjusted to our preferred temperature. It became a little warm during the night, but after turning the heater off, it was perfect. Although we arrived quite late, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even drew us a simple map by hand to show us exactly where our room was and how to get there, which was a thoughtful gesture that made check-in very easy. The motel also provides free parking, which was very convenient for us as we were driving. The only disappointment was the weather. It rained throughout the entire night and continued into the next morning, so unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the ocean view across the road. Another downside was that someone outside was shouting and repeatedly yelling profanity in the middle of the night, which disturbed our sleep. Hopefully the property can do more to manage noise during late hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and thoughtful, and the free parking was a great bonus. We would happily stay here again, especially if the weather is better next time.

Great position and friendly staff. Unfortunately someone crashed into the entrance ad we had to drive and walk through the back. Not the worst experience but gave entertainment seeing people trying to park when bare are facing the front entrance.

Their communication was excellent and very friendly. The room was warm, clean, and comfortable. The accommodation is in a very convenient location, with all shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby and within easy walking distance. All the amenities we needed were provided, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. Overall, we highly recommend Apollo Bay Motel & Apartments to everyone and would happily stay here again.

Very recommended. Big room, large space for putting luggage. You can stop your car right in front of your room after passing through the reception. Great AC and heater. Big windows for natural lighting.

We are a family of 8, and we rented the entire unit, both downstairs and upstairs, for our stay. The weather was cold during our visit, but the beds were equipped with heaters, which made for a very comfortable night’s sleep. Each floor has its own bathroom and kitchen, which was incredibly convenient for our large group. The bathrooms came with basic toiletries, although there was no toothpaste provided, so be sure to bring your own. The kitchens were well-equipped and functional, with simple seasonings like salt and pepper. We brought our own cooking oil, but everything else was perfect for preparing warm meals for dinner and breakfast. The homestay is located in Marengo. One thing to note is that there are no supermarkets in Marengo itself, but Apollo Bay is just a few minutes' drive away. We recommend stocking up on groceries there before arriving if you plan to cook during your stay. Parking was more than sufficient for our Kia Carnival 8-seater, so we had no trouble with that. The area is wonderfully quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. We had a truly pleasant stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay.

Excellent location. Nice view. Close to everything. Has blackout blinds which is helpful if you’re not a morning person. Petrol station next to it and foodworks on the next block. Multiple choices for restaurants. Parking available on site

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I absolutely loved my stay! The King Room was very spacious, beautifully presented, and extremely clean. The view was absolutely amazing and made the stay even more special. The room had all the amenities we needed, including Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. The location was also perfect and very convenient. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, fresh, and had a great selection. The staff were wonderful—very friendly, polite, and welcoming. Everything about the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I loved every moment and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

We have stayed only for a night. We arrived outside check in hours so our key was left for us to find. The room was clean, decent and amenities were as advertised. However keep in mind that the bed was moving and a bit uncomfortable. We couldn’t sleep much. If you are looking for a good bed or need one, keep in mind.
