Look at what you are paying for. I know that for 200$ I definitely deserved better than what I received.

First off I couldn’t check in because they claimed my address didn’t match. There was a dirty wash rag hanging off the shower curtain rod. 4 days later I still don’t have my deposit back.

When we first got into our room the toilet was clogged. Then we waited forever to get a new room. All night you could hear people going in and out. Banging above us. Drunk people roaming the lobby. The lobby was also unsupervised. My aunt whom was also staying in the hotel had to wait almost 30-40 minutes to just be waited on at the counter. There was no mini fridges. The room had a strange smell as well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.

The hotel was decent for the price the only things I didn’t like was the $100 deposit which I still haven’t got back and the ants that were in my room. Staff were very nice and welcoming!

Reserved a room with the tub with jets in the room & when we went to the room it was the wrong room. Had to go back downstairs to tell front desk & at first she wasnt able to switch it but eventually figured it out. Went to the room & it was right this time but it clearly had only had the bed made up & that's it! It was so filthy. I asked for cleaning supplies to clean it myself & got nothing. I went out to buy my own & when i went to swipe my card it denied payment. I used a different card but couldn't figure out why I didn't have enough money bc I knew it was just there. I look at my statement & somehow I was charged twice & two different amounts. Finally got that refund in the process. &to top it off i had to clean myself top to bottom especially the jet tub. Yuck! After getting everyone ready for bed, I'm getting myself ready & notice a couple dark spots on my arm. I feel them & they are bumps & immediately start itching & my whole arm beet red & on fire. I have like 5 bites in a row & my youngest has a lot of bites too, as well as my other daughters! We had the room reserved for two nights & i let front desk know & showed the bites & she offered to switch rooms but i didn't want to take a chance of it happening again. I asked about a refund & get the feeling its not going to be happening. Seemed like a decent place with decent rates, but i guess you get what you pay for!

When we arrived it took an hour to check in. The hotel apparently had a new computer system and they did not train their staff properly. We had prepaid for the hotel but they would not allow us to go to our room until they figured out their issue.

the room and the building was clean and the staff were very welcoming. It was a little hard to find and there were not a lot of options to eat at locally

Hotel was what you'd expect for price. Not best area room was sold out that we booked so had to get lower room

Super nice for the price! Will most definitely stay here again! Only compliant would be that the jacuzzi tub had big pieces of paint chipping and peeling off into the water, like BIG chunks of paint.
