Great location (very near Innsbruck hbf). Room is large, with a safe and fridge. Washroom is decent size and clean. Strongly recommend this to business travelers and families/couples.

Hotel in posizione comoda e con una vista spettacolare. Colazione abbastanza buona e varia. Comodo il parcheggio direttamente sotto l'hotel. Personale molto gentile. Siamo arrivati un paio d'ore prima del check-in e si sono organizzati per farci avere una stanza immediatamente. Purtroppo si sono dimenticati di resettare la stanza.

Late night check in smooth and fast, requested covid test/vaccine. Room is big enough and bed are comfortable, come back few times and all worth the price, except the lack of tooth paste/ tooth brush and sleepers. Breakfast it's good to try. The late check out its a good offer you provide. Overall a good stay! The bar at 12th floor it's nice to chill in the evening too. Car Parking is downstairs, whole day 18€!

The bathtub water spills out. The moisture/lotion bottle was empty, the electric kettle had leftover water from before and stinking a bit. I would expect slightly better on those terms.
Otherwise room was amazing! Beautiful views, great bar and restaurant.

Considering the beautiful view you get from your room, it's worth the buck. However, don't expect you are staying in a 5 start hotel with 5 star service.

The location is very near HBF, it’s new, clean and with the great view. The room sound proofing (with next door) wasn’t great. But I was not happy is the service, I booked and prepaid online a few days before checking in. And when we checked in on the day, the front desk told me the payment from travel agent was failed and asked me for full payment in Euro. I was disappointed but still paying again due to late check in hour, and reported to Trip customer service online later. Trip customer service was responsive, and clarified it was the mistake on the hotel side in a moment later. The hotel refunded the payment in the next day, but i have paid twice currency exchange (paid and refund) of credit card charges from bank for the mistake made by the hotel, and they should have time to sort it out with the agent, not to the guest on the arrival day.

The view is breathtaking! No hotels here offers such panoramic view of the town and its mountains. Right next to the central station and bus terminal. Walkable to old town and also shopping mall at the back. We also walked to the Congress station to go up the mountains.
Many eateries around.. for Muslim travellers, many halal options too. Breakfast at the hotel was so-so. Room is clean and modern. Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Best hotel and well recommended!
